new hacking software?

is there anything in the works in terms of new hacking software in dvelopment, for the FE GBA games. I want to start hacking, but I dont want t learn the older less user friendly way if something new is coming

From what I've seen, something new is coming but it's a ways off. Also, there's FEXNA too but that could be anywhere from 6-12 months for the actual public beta. So just use what we have, get some experience, then switch over. There's no such thing as working with too many tools. Every tool teaches you new things.

I'd highly suggest that if you want to get into any serious game development to learn at least some programming in some capacity. C++ is a great one to start with, and Python is another one that's really good and really noob friendly. Try this out if you want for Python, or this, or you can do independent research. I know that the XNA uses C#, so if you plan on using that it'd help if you had a basic understanding of the language. Good luck.

nothing really new is coming that will drastically change how everything works. You're still going to be using nightmare/feditor/event assembler for a while. I wouldn't recommend learning actual coding if you haven't dipped your feet in anything else.

Tecnecaly, resire is a hacking tool that is currently in the pipeline, but that is an fe 4/5 text editor, which is probably not you department.
