That is, until you read the notice about the dress code. All uniforms have now been abolished. Employees are now required to dress casually for work. Cheers, Head Office. What the hell, Head Office. The whole point of uniforms was to have some sense of authority over those idiot customers. Now how were you supposed to keep the theatre civilized? Even worse, YOUR clothes were going to smell like popcorn forevermore. You mutter other foul words under your breath, and proceed straight out of the staff hallway. You're almost to the lobby when you see a small congregation of shifty individuals. Curious, you walk over. "Ah, there you are," a man in a business suit says immediately. He moves to the front of the crowd, and begins to lean back against the wall. "We can begin, then. Welcome, Rex Cinema staff and others. I have brought you here to congratulate you on the renovations of this fine theatre. Despite the... inadequate supervision during that process, it appears that it turned out fine-" Here, the stranger accidentally breaks through the wall, "- well, mostly fine. Anyways, it appears you have some traitors amongst yourselves. Good Luck." He begins to walk away, but a voice from the crowd stops him in his tracks. "Hey, aren't you going to tell us who the traitors are?," they ask. "You're lucky enough that I even told you that there were traitors," the suited man replies, as he resumed his walk away from the group. "Think of it as a game, if you will. Root out the villains before they outnumber you. As I said, good luck, and let the games begin." And with that, the mysterious man proceeds to walk through a wall. Right. Through. The wall. As if it wasn't there. What in God's name...? [spoiler=Rules]1. This is an NOC game, which means town can only talk in the main thread. I catch people talking OC, heads will roll. Deal with it. 2. Every user has a role PM. Role PMs may not be shown to other users. Or quoted. Neither can results, or anything else the mod tells you. 3. There are a non-zero number of vanillas in this game. 4. Each day will have a deadline of 72 hours. You may vote to lynch users during the day by posting "##Verb USER" in bold. If you wish to No Lynch, you must post ##Verb: No Lynch in bold. Unvoting is done by ##Unverb in bold. This is a hammer game, so you MUST get a majority to lynch or no Lynch, as determined by the hosts. 4.1. No Hammer the first time results in a random lynch. No hammer a second time results in a universal loss. 4.2.The game will start on Day 1. 5. Each night will have a deadline of 24 hours. You are not to post in the main thread during that time. Night Actions are to be sent to Snike and Strider. 5.1. If you're not going to do anything at night, send a PM titled "Night X - Idling". This makes keeping track of things easier and informs me that you're still playing the game. 6. Your role is accurate. 7. Not all inspections are accurate. 8. Be careful who you trust. 9. Only sign up if you know you're going to be at least fairly active. If we notice that you seem to be idle, we reserve the right to have you forcefully subbed out or modkilled if necessary. We'll most likely nudge first, though. 10. People die when they're killed. 11. If anyone is modkilled, it will happen immediately. If you're modkilled, unless it's for inactivity, you lose. 12. After death you are only allowed to make 1 info-free post. You can still strategize via OC contact if your role allows it, but you cannot transfer any knowledge from a dead player to a living one. 13. If your Role PM contradicts the rules, follow your role PM. 14. No hiddens. Seriously. 15. Don't break the game. Don't try to break the game. Ask a host if you're uncertain about something. 16. Thus, the games began. It is now Day 1. With 16 alive, it takes 9 votes to lynch. Phase ends on August 16th, at 5 PM, GMT-4. You have just over 72 hours.
