FE4 Modules

I'll be the first to admit, I haven't used Nightmare in a while, and it seems to have been updated so that might be why I'm having trouble. Last time I used it it was probably an earlier version.

As for my problem, I can't seem to use the FE4 Player Weapon Editor module? This used to be able to work where you could change aspects of the available items for FE4. So you could potentially give the player Dark Tomes or whatever. But I can't seem to mess with it and it just says expand which is permanently grayed out.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about or what I'm looking for if I can't fix this?

works fine in the original nightmare editor which I use (so I have no idea what the problem is in that other one)

here's the player weapon editor file copy in case yours is incorrect

Mine just gives a list of numbers in hex in the text document for the module.

I wanted to see if downloading Nightmare would work instead of Nightmare 2.0 but I can't seem to find it.

edit: i was able to get it to work with Nightmare 1.0 guess this thread is done

I don't really know what that means, but maybe. For some reason I can open the Battle Animation module in 2.0 but not 1.0, but the changes I make in 2.0 won't affect the game.

Which sucks cause it means I can't do things like add staves to Male Mage Fighters or axes to Heroes.

oops I haven't been looking around here

I tried that but there is no NDHA, it's all NDHU.

I get a different error compared to the player weapon editor one when I open it in 1.0

if this is my modified one as you say, these are the text files required to be in the same folder as the module

Class 1
0
1
NDHU
FE4 Classes.txt

Weapon Type
1
1
NDHU
FE4 Battle Sprite Weapon Type.txt

Char
2
1
NDHU
FE4 Character Numbers.txt

Gender
3
1
NDHU
FE4 Gender.txt

and make sure you put the module itself in the Class Editors folder and not left it on its own

Okay, that worked, thanks so much. I had to just copy your spoiler into a renamed text file, and at first that didn't work, but then I moved FE4 Character Numbers.txt into the folder and got it!
