Peppy
Dat Rules (borrowed/stolen from Integrity) - Ratings are assumed to be on Hard 1 Mode. - Votes need some explanation regarding their gameplay performance to be counted. If somebody else said what you want to already, quote them explicitly. +/- ≤1 point extra regarding personality/appearance is encouraged, but no more. If you exercise your bias privileges, please do so explicitly. Also, if your vote is already a 10/10 or greater than 9 and you give a full point of bias, The score may not exceed 10! - Numerical votes out of 10, or something proportional to it. Make it easy to calculate for my sake. - Every ranking phase ends from 2100 to 2200 EST. Every ranking phase starts from 2200 EST to 2300 EST. Do the math if you are in another timezone! - I will insist you do not use the "Not X" reason on any character, where X is another unit. If you do, your vote will be thrown out. - "Recruits X" or "takes you to X chapter" arguments are explicitly banned. C'mon, people, this shouldn't need to be a rule. That's not gameplay performance. - Assume that the character in question is being recruited. - Similar to the "Recruits X" rule, do not use "He Comes with a Free Ridersbane" as an argument. - Rate the character based on his/her performance without the Rainbow Potion, Maturity Drop or Bond Drop - I withhold the privilege to tell you your rating is bogus and demand you revise it if it breaks any of the above. I will not throw out votes anonymously, you will be informed and given a chance to revise. Ryan. One of my favorite characters in the game. Ryan has a decent Strength and Defense Growth. His Speed is a bit low but Sniper Promotion will solve that problem. I give him a 9/10, with +1 Bias point! Averages: Cecil: 7.21 Rody: 8.43 Luke: 8.56 Marth: 8.70 My Unit: 9.
eclipse
Ryan needs to keep up with or surpass his Speed growth, or things get ugly. Bow chip is always nice, and he's around for a very long time indeed! I kinda want to see what happens when I make him a Pirate. 7.5/
Bluedoom
Ryan's alright. I'd actually rate him just like Cecil, but he has this all important bow utility and his spd growth is like Luke's growth as a cavvy. I guess its ok... for a while. He can get spd screwed pretty easily( Myrm Luke has 70% spd growth) but he's pretty workable as Horseman/Sniper. He's not very reliable, but if he clicks he's pretty awesome for H1. 6.5/
Agile Tit-Tyrant
I have never used Ryan or anyone else rated so far (except for Marth & My Unit). I only use units based on their portraits (ex. Caeda or Linde) or they're story (ex. Julian and Lena).
Parrhesia
Ryan inherited all of Gordin's Looks Like A Pug Who Just Got His Face Kicked In genes, and a mild amount of his fail, where his brother proceeded to kick ass. Also he's a fucking child and yet somehow is a bow armour with fairly excellent strength. He's made for chipping, but don't train him even though his growths are good, because fuck Ryan. 6.5/10 -1 for bias, so 5.5.
PKL
Wow such low scores. This is H1 people. Ryan can go pirate and instantly kick some ass. Hes also needed for prologue, has the best availability barring MU, can go draco and shit dies for a good while and berserker after his draco cap sucks. He's proven to me time and again that he is perfectly capable of solo'ing maps in drafts (even in H2) so Im gonna rate him 9.5/10 +1 bias which makes 10.5/10 or 10/10 if im not allowed to. Elieson
Great availability, but is susceptible to lagging behind if uuuut don't use him very much. Mine got spd screwed on H2 bows only run by -6 sp, so -.5 for that as bias. 8 from me then, because he is good, but urgh.
Renall
Great availability (as noted, pretty much the best after MU), but I've had some shaky Ryans even in H1. It's not that common though, and if you swap him to something good he can pay dividends. 7.5/
