FleurDeGlace
Let's start with some photos taken during a visit to the Gardens By The Bay in Singapore (the country where I am from). [spoiler=Gardens By The Bay (31/12/2013)] Some miscellaneous photos: [spoiler=Taken right outside my room window] [spoiler=Taken at my godmother's place] [spoiler=A photo of my godsister] Edited February 18, 2014 by FleurDeGlace
FleurDeGlace
Several photos taken at the Chinese Garden. [spoiler=Chinese Garden (11/01/2014)] This photo is my desktop wallpaper!! I'll upload more photos as and when I take them. It's really hard to find suitable places to take photos at in Singapore where there are very little scenic and natural environments to take photos of. I don't just take photos of the natural environment though. I just think that those are some of the nicer things to take photos of. Naughx
You really like flowers. :o Also plants. Too bad, it's still winter here, nothing can grow under snow. Edited February 9, 2014 by Naughx

Not particularly, actually. It just so happened that the last two places I have been to were both gardens..... I need to get myself out and looking at something that isn't a flower or a plant. Speaking of which, I do have some pictures of food which I can upload, actually.

FleurDeGlace
Here's to start the food pictures. Most of these photos aren't really centralised or focused well because I did not really try to take nice shots of the food. I took these photos more for the memories of the food eaten!! Food from various food courts: [spoiler=Malay Food (Left: Ayam Belado with Rice) (Right: Tahu Telur)] [spoiler=Indian Set Meal] [spoiler=Sambal Fried Rice] [spoiler=Chinese Food (Chai Por Hor Fun)] [spoiler=Seafood Soup] [spoiler=Thai Style Fried Fish with Rice] [spoiler=Malay Food (I was told that these were called Bergedil by a Malay friend] [spoiler=Malay Food (Lontong with an extra dollop of chilli)] [spoiler=Indian Food (Masala Thosai)] [spoiler=Desserts (Left: Chendol) (Right: Beancurd with Grass Jelly)] These are some food from restaurants: Chinese Restaurant: Old Street Bak Kut Teh [spoiler=Chinese Bak Kut Teh] Malay Restaurant: Rasa Istimewa [spoiler=Malay Food (Satay: Chicken on the left and Mutton on the right)] [spoiler=Seafood Fried Rice] French Restaurant: Poulet [spoiler=Mushroom Soup] [spoiler=French Onion Soup] [spoiler=Poulet's Signature Half Chicken] [spoiler=Pork Belly with Mashed Potato decorations around it] [spoiler=Bread] [spoiler=Sauteed Mushrooms] [spoiler=Escargot (Snail)] Sounds gross but it's actually pretty nice. The texture feels like clams and oysters. [spoiler=Tiramisu] Singaporean/Malaysian Restaurant: PappaRich [spoiler=Yellow Rice Set with Fried Chicken Drumstick, Squid, Beef, Potato and Lady's Finger] [spoiler=Malaysian Chinese-Malay Food (Penang Asam Laksa)] [spoiler=Malay Food (Otah)] [spoiler=Chicken Satay] [spoiler=Beef Satay] [spoiler=Chendol] Hope the images of food doesn't derail my own topic O.o..... Soup
Ow cool, another photographer! I hope I am not too rude, but may I ask what camera you're using? It looks like some of the photos are a bit unsharp... As for the flowers, have you ever considered doing macro photography? You'd be amazed about the results. Actually, I would want to live in some colder countries. I find it too hot here all the time in Singapore..... If you like rain, storm and wind, you can always come over to the coastal areas of Europe ;) PS My parents are from Hong Kong and I've been in Hong Kong during summers as well, so I know how you feel >< Edited February 9, 2014 by Soulreaper

I don't have the money to afford a good camera. Macro photography seems interesting but I don't think I can do it without a good enough camera..... The way how you take these photos is really good.
