Katie
I noticed there aren't many topics discussing the BS FE chapters here, so I decided to make a topic about them. Feel free to share any thoughts, experiences, strategies, etc. One thing I noticed about them is they are HARD. I've beat the first two, and lost Midia in the first and the Pegasus sisters in the second, and only beat the first one due to Nyna getting a lucky dodge against the boss when he had a 77% chance to hit. I haven't figured out how to beat the last two yet(strategies would be much welcomed). I found making a wall with Midia and the Knights an effective strategy in the first one, and lure tactics rather effective in the second, especially against the boss, whom I lured with Hardin, took a chunk of his health of with Wolf, and finished with Chip damage from Roshea. eclipse
Do you want efficiency/LTC or just "finishing with no casualties"? Because the latter can be summed up with one word - turtle.
Katie
Not even just finishing with no casualties, just finishing in general.
eclipse
Take note of the enemy ranges - it's pretty rare that you'll end up in a spot where ten enemies can bum-rush you. You may not get all the treasure in Rickard's chapter, but you should be able to finish.
Robert Stewart
*shameless plug* The 4th map is kinda BS. My best advice is to run like hell, and try to take out as many of the bandits as you can, then have Camus choke against the army pursuing you. Edit: Oh, and be sure to give Camus the Angelic Robe. Gradivus.
belf and leiden can hold a 2-tile wide choke vs the cavaliers while Robert helps Camus pursue the thieves and kill the axemen + hunter group. afterwards camus uses Shield and Robe to kill Cavs with a steel sword on EP. Then Robert Leiden and Belf can help pick off some stuff because you can't really equip the Gradivus or Silver Lance (Camus gets overwhelmed by too many Paladins). Edited March 1, 2015 by Gradivus. LeaderR Elliot
For map#3 warp navarre to kill thief boss (stand on chest) then figure it out from there. The more navare lv ups the easier this map gets. For map#4 there is a1 tile chokepoint at the end of the passage. Whoever blocks there will face the only 2 cavaliers of the entire enemy army. You might have to figure how to kill bandits and in the same turn if not 1 turn later choke the point. Map 4 got really nerfed, apparentlyin the original you even facereinforcements from right side of map.
RedEyedDrake
For the fourth map, assuming you actually want to kill all the enemies, you'll pretty much have to set up that one choke point and then exploit the fact that the AI will prioritize moving closer with the horsemen over moving closer with the paladins. That's likely because in the original the goal was to accumulate as many points as you could over the course of 48 minutes, whereas in the remake the objective was changed to escorting Nyna to a certain fort on the other side of the map.
