Well here we are, it's filler game time to stall out time for boron to make adjustments to their game.

[spoiler=Mechanics]1. NOC, 48 hour days, 24 hour nights. No nighttalk. Game starts on Day One.

2. Majority required to lynch if 9 players or under. Modified hammer when above (One third rounded up to lynch, majority hammer).

3. All players are on the playerlist.

4. All potential roles are public knowledge. Players will be randomized an alignment and a role in the specified sections.

5. Setup numbers will be announced on game start.

6. *YLO not announced.

7. Players may act for as many actions as they can perform. This includes factional actions and items. Mafia nightkill may only be used by one mafia member each night.

8. Mafia kill acts before third party kills which act before town aligned kills.

9. Conflicting actions work in the priority order of Mafia -> Third Party -> Town. (Example; A town and mafia roleblocker block each other, the town roleblocker is blocked. If the town roleblocker blocks the mafia roleblocker targeting someone else, the mafia roleblocker is blocked.)

10. All actions proceed when they are used, even if the user dies that night.

11. Mafia may No Kill, town may No Lynch.

12. Mafia are provided X+1 roles not in the setup as safeclaims, where X is the number of mafia

13. Night actions apply for the given day/night following.

14. If a wincon is achieved that is non-hostile to town/mafia wincons, that player is removed from the game as a winner. Otherwise, the game ends in that faction's victory.

15. Factional communication will be added to the appropriate Role PM's in the form of a quicktopic.

16. Players are notified of all items they obtain unless otherwise specified.

17. You may not self-target.

18. Role PM's override these rules.

2. The dead stay dead. Players with factional communication may not use it. No graveyard.

3. If you have issues with other players, bring it to me or a forum mod (eclipse/Bal).

The items are:

Guns - One shot dayvig, may reveal identity, see particular roles.

Vests - Prevents one kill.

Crystal - When the holder is killed, reveals the Role PM of their last target.

Capsules - One shot abilities given out by the inventor.

Bread - Required when the Baker dies. Players begin with 3 Bread.

Suits - The holder of a suit appears as the chosen role instead of their role to scans.

Probes - See Alien.

Bombs - See Anarchist.

Dolls - See Creepy Girl.

During the day, you may reply to your Role PM with Day X - Jailing USER. You will jail USER, preventing them from taking any actions nor be able to be targeted. You will also be given a quicktopic to privately to with that person for the duration of the night. USER will not know who jailed them.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Inspecting USER. You will determine USER's alignment.

Your sanity is not guaranteed. You may be either sane (correct) or insane (inverted).

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Watching USER. You will determine who visits USER, but not what actions were performed on them.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Inspect USER. You Will receive any mod-given, non-factional messages that player receives that night.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Inspecting USER. You will determine USER's role and receive any mod-given non-factional messages they received on the night of their death. You may not target alive players with this ability.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Digging up USER's grave. You may use one ability listed in their flipped Role PM. You may only target town-aligned, non-living players with this ability. You may not choose abilities that give out items, and you may only choose a Role PM once during the game.

You begin the game with a gun. This gun will reveal your identity.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Blocking USER. USER will be unable to perform any actions that night.

When you die, all players will be required to vote in their Role PM's the following day. No votes will be publically displayed.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Place traps around USER. Anyone who visits USER with a non-factional ability will be killed. This effect does not break vests, and will fail to kill anyone with one.

If you would be nightkilled, you will take the source of the nightkill with you.

[spoiler=Granny]You are the Granny.

Anyone who vists you will be killed.

[spoiler=Hunter]You are the Hunter.

If you are lynched, you may reply to your Role PM with Day X - Hunting USER. You will kill USER. You will have 24 hours to submit this action after your lynch.

[spoiler=Vengeful]You are the Vengeful.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Holding a grudge against USER. If you are killed, you will kill USER.

[spoiler=Governor]You are the Governor.

During the day, you may reply to your Role PM with Day X - No Lynch. This will end the day with a No Lynch regardless of the votes. You may only force a No Lynch this way once per game.

[spoiler=Innocent Child]You are the Innocent Child.

At the start of the game, you will be modconfirmed as the Innocent Child.

[spoiler=Loudmouth]You are the Loudmouth.

If you are visited at night, you will call out all non-factional visitors the following day.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Protecting USER from conversion. You will prevent USER's role and alignment from changing.

If your role or alignment would change, instead you will kill the source of the change.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Give USER a crystal. USER will receive a crystal that they can use. You may only use this ability once during the game.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Giving USER1 and USER2 bread. They will be given bread. You may target the same USER twice with this ability.

If you die, the town will go into famine. Players will be required to eat one bread per phase, and if they cannot, they will die. This cannot be prevented.

During the day, you may reply to your role PM with Day X - Throwing a party tonight! All players will be allowed to talk during the night, however non-factional abilities cannot be used.

[spoiler=Ghoul]You are the Ghoul.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Cursing USER. If you would to be killed at night, you will redirect the first kill to USER instead. This ability can only redirect one kill during the game.

[spoiler=Rogue]You are the Rogue.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Be suspicious of USER. If USER or anyone aligned with USER would perform an action you, you will prevent that action.

[spoiler=Mayor]You are the Mayor.

Your vote has a weight of two. This does not change the amount of votes required to lynch. This extra vote will not be reflected in votals.

[spoiler=Treestump]You are the Treestump.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Becoming a tree. This will confirm your alignment and role publically, as well as preventing you from dying. You cannot vote after using this ability. You may only use this ability once per game.

[spoiler=Virgin]You are the Virgin.

If you are lynched, there will be no kills the following night. If you are targeted by the Hooker, this ability will be disabled for the remainder of the game.

[spoiler=Blacksmith]You are the Blacksmith.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Giving USER a vest. You will give USER a vest. This ability takes place after all killing actions and cannot prevent kills that night. You may only use this ability twice per game.

[spoiler=Oracle]You are the Oracle.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Revealing USER. If you die, you will publically reveal USER's full Role PM.

[spoiler=Dreamer]You are the Dreamer.

Each night, you will receive the names of three people at random, excluding yourself. At least one of those names will be a player that is a threat to the town. You will not receive any names if you are targeted that night.

[spoiler=Gunsmith]You are the Gunsmith.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Giving USER a gun. You will give USER a gun. This gun will reveal the identity of the shooter. You may only use this ability once per game.

[spoiler=Mimic]You are the Mimic.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Mimicking USER. You will perform USER's non-factional actions on their targets. You will not receive any action results for this.

[spoiler=Mafia Roles][spoiler=Redirector]You are the Redirector.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Redirecting USER1 to USER2. Any action that USER1 performs will target USER2 that night.

[spoiler=Sniper]You are the Sniper.

You start the game with a gun. This gun does not reveal your identity.

You do not have any factional communication nor do you know the identity of players aligned with you. You cannot perform a nightkill.

[spoiler=Illusionist]You are the Illusionist.

You start the game with a gun. This will reveal your identity.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Disguising USER. When you shoot your gun, USER will be the player revealed to be shooting your gun.

You do not have any factional communication nor do you know the identity of players aligned with you. You cannot perform a nightkill.

[spoiler=Saboteur]You are the Saboteur.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Sabotaging USER's items. Any items that USER has will fail to work for the rest of the game. The exceptions are Bread, Dolls, Probes, and Bombs. Any guns affected will backfire on their user.

[spoiler=Godfather]You are the Godfather.

You will return as town-aligned to any alignment checks.

[spoiler=Framer]You are the Framer.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Framing USER. USER will return as mafia-aligned to any scans.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Hooking USER. You will prevent USER from acting that night.

[spoiler=Actress]You are the Actress.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Acting as USER. You will appear as USER's role and alignment for the remainder of the game. You will be notified what USER's role is. You may only use this ability once per game.

[spoiler=Tailor]You are the Tailor.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Giving USER a suit of ROLE. USER will receive a suit of the specified role.

[spoiler=Informant]You are the Informant.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Spying on USER. You will receive all mod-given messages that player receives that night.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Ensuring USER's death. USER's death cannot be prevented that night. You may only use this ability if you are taking the factional kill. You may use this ability only once per game.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Proving USER's innocence. USER will return as town-aligned to any scans.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Intercepting USER. Anyone who visits USER will be killed.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Bewitching USER. If anyone targets USER with an ability aside from yourself, USER will be killed.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Stealing from USER. If USER has any items, you will take all of them.

If you are lynched, you may reply to your Role PM with Day X - Revealing USER's secrets. USER's Role PM will be publically revealed. You will have 24 hours to submit this action after your lynch.

You will survive the first attempt on your life.

You win if USER survives until the end of the game. You do not need to be alive to win.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Luring USER. If USER visits you that night, you will kill USER.

You win if you kill two players.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Protecting USER. USER will be protected from all nightkills.

Your vote has a weight of zero. This does not change the amount of votes required for a lynch. Your lack of vote will not be reflected in the votals.

You win if you prevent two kills, or no player dies for four phases total.

[spoiler=Cult Leader]You are the Cult Leader.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Converting USER. USER will lose their role and their alignment will change to yours.

You may communicate with anyone aligned with you in this quicktopic.

You are aligned with the Cultists. You win if the Cultists comprise a majority of living players.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Visiting USER. You will visit USER, doing nothing.

You win if you are lynched.

[spoiler=Lover]You are the Lover.

At the beginning of the game, you will be assigned a random player as your lover. If one of you die, so does the other.

You win if you survive.

[spoiler=Lyncher]You are the Lyncher.

At the start of the game, you will be assigned a random player to lynch.

You win if you lynch your target.

[spoiler=Killer]You are the Killer.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Killing USER. Self-explanatory effect.

You win if you are the last player standing.

[spoiler=Clockmaker]You are the Clockmaker.

You begin the game with the clock at 9 o'clock.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Clock USER over the head. USER will fail to perform any night actions that night.

If USER is:

- Town: Advance the clock two hours.

- Mafia: Move one hour backward.

- Third Party: Advance the clock four hours.

You win if the clock reaches 12 o'clock.

[spoiler=Survivor]You are the Survivor.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Hiding behind USER. Anyone targeting you will fail, and anyone who targets USER will also target you.

You win if you survive.

[spoiler=Warlock]You are the Warlock.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Predicting USER's demise. If USER dies that night or the following day, you gain a Prediction Point.

You win if you have two Prediction Points.

[spoiler=Prophet]You are the Prophet.

On the first night, you must reply to your Role PM with Night 1 - Predicting PHASE.

PHASE must be a phase type (day/night) followed by which one it is (eg; Night 3).

You win if the game ends on the predicted phase. If the predicted phase passes, you will be removed from the game and not be a winner.

[spoiler=Alien]You are the Alien.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Giving USER a probe. USER will be given a probe, and they will not be notified of this.

You win if all other alive players have a probe.

[spoiler=Werewolf]You are the Werewolf.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Is USER ROLE? If USER is the specified role, you will kill them. You must use this ability at least once every two nights.

You return as town-aligned to investigations. If you fail to kill a player with your ability, you lose this power.

If you fail to kill a player twice with your ability, your Role PM will be made public to the town.

You will be provided a full list of all roles present in the game, plus all mafia safeclaims.

You win if you are the last player standing.

[spoiler=Anarchist]You are the Anarchist.

Once per night, you may reply to your Role PM with Night X - Giving USER a bomb with fuse length X. USER will receive a bomb, which they must pass each phase if able, using the command Phase X - Passing bomb to USER. Bombs explode after X phases end, killing the holder. If a player does not submit an action to pass the bomb, the bomb explodes immediately. The fuse length must be 2 or greater.

You cannot die to bombs.

You win if you are the last player standing or both a town aligned player and mafia aligned player die to your bombs.

[spoiler=Creepy Girl]You are the Creepy Girl.

You begin with a doll. The doll must be passed each night with the command Night X - Passing doll to USER.

You win if you are alive when the player holding the doll dies.

Game will require a minimum of 9 people to fire, and can technically fire with as many as we get.

Why does mafia kill act before ITP kill?

Only relevant for blocked kills in weird fringe scenarios; all actions will happen even if the player is killed in the night. Will edit that in though.

remember when i said role pm's

now i actually have to do them. should be done in about 2 hours, then i'll start a 24 hour countdown for gamestart (although maybe closer to 36 to hit midnight GMT deadlines)

you can still join if you're sitting on the fence about it!

and almost perfectly on time, the role pm's are done. minimum 24 hours before game starts.

also please reread mechanics and the new items section, there's been some updates that make things more fleshed out

edit: eh, gonna make it midnight GMT 9/6 gamestart. ~35.5 hours from now

meant to close signups and send role pm's out last night but got too tired. doing that now. game still doesn't start until midnight gmt, no posting about the game until then.
