ZephyrCloud
So I'm toying around with a simple hack in Sacred Stones(My first project) where some characters are substituted or class changed, it's going well aside for Marisa(who is becoming an Archer because I have no clue how to add classes without replacing one), and Amelia(who is having her promotion choices have been changed so she ends up as any of: Paladin, Great Knight, Ranger or Magic Knight.) and Joshua's Rogue class. Marisa's Palette applies to Archer perfectly, however Ranger(subbed for Nomad Trooper cause cool critical) and Sniper end up like this. and Joshua's Rogue, while absolutely awesome looking, ends up not matching his portrait. . Is there any way to fix there issues that an idiot newbie like me can actually handle or understand? I won't even ask about Amelia; her Ranger and Mage Knight are irreparably broken as far as I can tell. Agro
Apologies for the late response. Palettes are not perfectly matched as some battle animations have differing numbers of colours for each part. For example, the Troubadour animation only has two colours for hair whereas the Myrmidon has 3 (I think). So you can imagine with 15 colours for each animation things start to get a bit wonky if they don't match up. The only way you can fix this is by manually correcting the palettes yourself, for which there are numerous tutorials in the Resources forum. (just search "palette" and you'll find a bunch easily enough) Edited November 19, 2014 by Agro
