If not, is there a way that I can import it so that the money goes to Nintendo rather than the distributor of the imported game? In any case, thanks for your time! sirmola Posted October 20, 2014 Share Posted October 20, 2014 (edited) From what i remember reading, the fan translation was created from a bad dump without the region lock information, so if you put the fan translation on a flashcart, it might work on an american dsi/3ds. Wait, are you saying that this game might possibly be region locked after all? I mean, according to L95, I can play it on my DS Lite, but, with this kinda money ($42 on Amazon, which is an improvement, but...), I'd hate to waste it. Havn't tried it myself though. Uhh... if your freaking DS/DSi/3DS can run a flashcart, then you sure as hell don't have to worry about region locks. You can even pirate crap if you wanted.
