Integrity Posted February 18, 2012 Share Posted February 18, 2012 Dat Rules - Ratings are assumed to be on Difficult Mode. - Votes need some explanation regarding their gameplay performance to be counted (unless they fall into the general parameters of the average rating, but reasoning is still strongly encouraged on those even if you just wanna quote people) — incredibly low scores or high scores without proper justification will not be counted. Don't put in some random text thinking it'd count as justification. Put in at least a little thought and give REAL reasoning. - Numbers for votes, please - not something like "Marcus/10", etc. Proper justification will be determined by me and whoever decides to help, whether it be Integrity and Integrity again or sometegrity else. +/- ≤1 point extra regarding personality/appearance is okay, but no more. - Votes out of 10, or something proportional to it. Makes it easy to calculate, please and thank you~! - Every ranking phase ends whenever I get out of bed, between 0700 and 0800 EST. Do the math for your timezone, Brits. - I will insist you do not use the "Not X" reason on any character, where X is another unit. If you do, your vote will be thrown out. - Ratings for characters should always assume the gameplay route YOU judge them best on. If I see "doesn't exist on ephraim" ANYWHERE in your rating for Innes I will be very cross and will probably throw out your vote out of spite. Just 10 more levels to train and 10 more levels of random variation. So yeah, even if you get her to 10/20/20, she's only as good as the other cavs. That's not a very good incentive to use her unless you wanna go general or GK for CC or something which I could give less of a shit about and in that case, infinite statboosters are go so who the fuck cares anyway she joins with the stats of being oneshot by just about everything, so she has to be babied, a lot. Going by the level 10 in Valni rule in Drafts, she's still terrible. Cav is obviously the superior option in the main storyline, so I will go with that. Knight Crest competition is FIERCE, and she is terribly underleveled. At that point, if in play, Franz is likely to already have promoted, so she'll still have to fight out the next one (where is it, anyway) with Kyle and Forde unless you're using neither of them. And Kyle/Forde has base levels on her and base stats and con and just about everything important. And that's her best promotion. If she goes Knight, well, good luck catching up. Pretty fucking useless and only saved by the speedwings he brings, which a lot of people would appreciate, like Garcia. 1/10. Other stats are pretty reliably good though...just getting there is the problem. She is such a late investment, that outside if Valni 10/1/0, she is a performance deficit wrapped in a cute little package. Still, Franz recruits this free speedwing. 3.125. Good if trained, but hard to train overall. Also, rated over Eirika route, since Fort Rigwald recruitment is a bitch and a half. Also, emphasis on good. Like 16HP/4str/4spd/2def/6con for bases? This is beyond useless. Either she uses a javelin and avoids getting mauled at absolute best, but kills her AS/hit, or uses iron/slim and has 'usable' hit and AS, but ends up getting ORKO'd if not outright OHKO'd. That's like giving the Renais Secret Room a 4/10 because it gives you the promotion items and legendary weapons for the lords.
