  1. 1. Do you think Marth, Roy, and Ike will be in FE13 as DLC?

    • Yes, at least one of them will show up as DLC.

    • No, they will not use any of those characters as DLC.

I'm just hoping this isn't gonna be a big DLC-fest, having to buy more to get on with a story, or unlock more chapters.

What I'm saying is that I don't want them to take away from the actual game and make it DLC.

Besides, DLC was a last minute thing. I doubt they'll include more of the main story in DLC.

I wonder how much of this DLC will actually be DLC, or will it be unlock-keys for content already in the game.

Because most DLC now is just that (in the manner this game uses it).

I'd rather it was just unlocked through a purchase and was always in the game because when dlc is actually added it seems to have a tendacy to be buggy . Have you ever tried to play the fallout 3 dlcs they're always buggin out.

I want a mage pack with a cleric, mage, a shamman, and a troubadour.

Or in other words: Serra, soren, sophia, L'arachel

Amen. It would just blow if Miriel and Liz were the only female healers in the party.....though, if Valkeries use swords, that'll be weird to use L'Arachel. Also, any news on any male healers apart from Libera (I'm assuming Battle Monks use staves)?

Mariabel and Liz, you mean? Miriel is a Mage, but she can gain staffs by promoting to Sage. Similarly, Saria can gain staffs from promoting to Sorcerer, and Sumia and Tiamo can gain staffs from promoting to Falcoknight. Also, Anna, as a Trickster, starts with staffs. That sounds solid enough, especially when taking into account Change Proofs and the possibility of children characters.

Battle Monks indeed use axes/staffs, just like Battle Clerics.

Troubadours must have two promotions. Chances are, to keep up the game's usual brand of variety between picks, one will add swords like FE4/5 female Paladins and FE9/10 Valkyries, but the other will add tomes, being like the FE6/7/8 Valkyries and Mage Knights. This, I think, is the sort of class past Troubadours like L'arachel could fit into well.

Where was Sorcerer confirmed to get staves?

Now that you mention it, I don't know of confirmation, although I don't think there's any question of it. They used staffs in FE11/12, and it's not like any other secondary weapon would make much sense for them here. Certainly, with all the traits Sages are showing of being a Tomes specialist with staffs, I don't think Sorcerers could get away with being another Tomes specialist without staffs, even with a few dark spells added to their options.

Dude, Bethesda's engines are buggy by nature. If a fan didn't make, expect it to fritz on you repeatedly XD

No, they really couldn't. Especially with Dark Knights already having swords.

And wow, I think this is the fastest I've had to eat my words regarding FE13. Hopefully they have some good skills (summoning?) to make up for having only Tomes.
