It should make a return, if you ask me.

I won't say that I love these forums to death, but I don't have much constructive criticism to improve it either, because they might change the way these forums are. I'm used to a stricter environment, after all.
A few things I personally dislike and would like changed (if I had my way as a staff member):
- Much more restriction on people's sig sizes. Even some staff members carry around giant quote boxes that often take up MORE space than their posts themselves. A good rule of thumb, imo, is that if your sig is about equal or less than your usual post size, your sig is fine. If the sigs start cluttering up pages this much, it makes threads less readable.
I could, of course, disable signatures, but I like some other people's signatures.
- Too many name changes allowed. People changing their handle is extremely confusing, since you essentially have to guess who they are based on their posting style, signature and avatar. I wouldn't mind it as much if it was like 1-3 times per member, but people seem to change it like every 1-2 weeks instead. In my opinion, that's ridiculous.
There's more on my mind, but again, they might look like I'm trying to take the forum in a direction the staff doesn't want it to go. So I'll leave it at this.
Eh, just noticed topic was older than I thought. w/e

I think it should return too. It's just that I didn't like it personally. What was there to hate?
It should make a return, if you ask me.

Very agreeable point. I'll bring up the matter of staff member sigs with the others. It did not take a lot searching to see who you are talking about.

Though you can easily check past user names with the button under their avatar, this might be something worth considering.

Besides, the decision to remove postcounts was made long ago, and I don't see any reason to revert it.
EDIT
I'll also close this thread since it's been a while since it was created. I think enough opinions have been gathered (although I would personally have preferred more of the people who votes "No" to give some explanation, but it's no big deal).
If any extra suggestions or comments need to made, you can PM a staff member of use the Ticket System.

Hai guyz. 8D Glad someone noticed this abuse of the guidelines. I was essentially waiting for someone to notice how ridiculous the signature guidelines are, since most of my posts are short, and to the point, however, my signature of quotes is within the limits, but ridiculously large at the same time. We'll discuss this.
