In this installment of the now-acclaimed Hurt and Heal: Africa series, we will be focusing on the region of the champion country of the original HnH Africa, Eritrea. Since we're limiting ourselves to the Horn of Africa, the list of contestants is much smaller, even though internationally unrecognized de facto independent entities have been included in the competition for the first time. Political factions or terrorist groups that do not control any territory as of February 2010 have not been allowed entry.
The competitors are:

Djibouti --- Eritrea --- Ethiopia

Galmudug --- Maakhir --- Ogaden National Liberation Front

Puntland --- TFG Somalia --- Somaliland
The rules are the same as in HnH Africa II: NOT Africa: You have four points per turn to hurt or heal with to your liking. Color your hurts red, heals green and annexations blue. You may only take one turn every hour. You may notice that all countries start with more health than in previous installments, and that five countries start with twice as much health as the rest. This is to compensate for the low number of countries and to represent the vast disparities in power between them.
