I think that his stats are fine (given that oracle will up them a tiny bit).

I'm liking the custom animations as always, keep up the nice work.

His speed is ten, and he's a rogue. A mercenary with speed as a weakness has a speed of ten.

Their speeds are equal.

The speed of the slow, lower-level mercenary and the rogue without any good stats are equal.

How many times am I going to have to say this?

Julian and Sothe will have less speed that in their normal games because they can steal EVERYTHING.
It is not fair that they can unequip any enemy and make the game more easy =/
Also, their Speed grow rate is below 30%, and the Rogue Speed cap is 24.

Why are enemies thieves faster than a promoted Sothe, of all people? Not criticizing you, just confused.

I tend to use thieves as dodgetanks, so I need them to be fast.

Riku (Swordfighter/Swordmaster), Thar(Nomad/Nomadic General), Volke and Jaffar (Both assassins) are good options for dodgetanks, since they have good speed grow rate and 30 speed cap.
And before you ask, yes, I'll increase the grow rates of Jaffar.

If you want the people in the cell to resemble the Dawn Brigade, you should give the Fighter a Steel Axe rather than an Iron Axe.

Since Alvis is one of the main bosses and he have the Falaflame, yes, Cyas will inherit Falaflame.

That is awesome. Are you gonna do a custom animation or use Forblaze's? Also, which class will Alvis and Cyas be? I assume Sage and Bishop but you never know, because High Priest and Bishop were two separate classes in FE4/5.

I'll use the Forblaze animation, I can't make custom spell animations yet... And I can't open the FEditor's custom spell animation editor for some reason...
And his class will be High Priest, a custom one; also, I'm thinking to make a custom animation for him.
