Arch Posted June 1, 2011 Share Posted June 1, 2011 (edited) I don't mean to sound like a pessimist, but it looks like E3 isn't bringing any good news for the Fire Emblem fandom. No news of FE3's remake reaching America, with chances diminished further of an E3 debut by Nintendo's new focus on the 3DS and Project Cafe. Concerning Cafe, that list that featured "Fire Emblem Cafe" as a title seems more and more like a hoax. What is there for the fandom to look forward to? But fear not, there are still Fire Emblem games in development. They're right here, and this event is designed to showcase them. It's an E3 for the FE community, meant to show off our contributions to the series. The event would be a YouTube event, hosted by seph1212 (it may even be live streamed, we haven't decided yet). Any of the community's developers can participate. You can sign up either by replying to this topic, or PMing me (if you've got a surprise project, or just want to keep some big revelation under wraps). If hackers have a project they'd want to use this event to announce, that would be terrific. Announcements make the event even more exciting! Like I said before, those sorts of manners can be handled privately (the more secret it is the better the surprise).
