"sh-shut up~ Just because I'm making all these n-noiiiises...!" Wow, she's a loud one. I can't even begin to imagine how she'd sound if...Gideon shook his head, trying not to think about it. Down, boy. It's been a week. "... okay, yeah, you probably know how much I'm enjoying this. Please don't stop~" Gideon nodded and continued, thoroughly enjoying his ability to torment her. Every time she squirmed, he had to keep from grinning - this was his trump card. "Well, I don't think I'm going to be able to sleep if you keep scratching like that... ahhhhh~" Their tent was lit up a bit more, so Gideon figured the sun had come up. So much for a nap. "Really though... d-d'you think we should check on everyone else? Not that I don't mind th-this..." As much as he didn't want to stop, Amera was probably right. "Well, we can go check on them if you want," he told her, pulling his hand from her ear and fidgeting a bit. "I can't get up with you on top of me," he pointed out as he tried unsuccessfully to sit up. Not that he really wanted to - he was enjoying their time together, and he generally favored not moving to moving. "Your move." His tone was taunting, and he looked right at her, trying his best not to smirk at how funny this situation was.
Melanie
"I know damn well what I'm worked up about, it just doesn't concern you, girl. Quite frankly, I'm not going to say anything else on the matter aside from the fact that it's something extremely personal. I'm giving you one goddamn warning. Don't. Pry." He totally killed someone. Whatever, he'll tell me eventually. As Grant glared at her, Melanie stood her ground, staring right back at him. " 'Scuse me for trying to help," she said defiantly, leaning back against the door. "Keep it to yourself, then." "You work metal... have you made anything... fireproof before?" Mel's defiant frown curled into a smug grin and she arched an eyebrow. "Is that a serious question?" she asked, her grin widening. "You might as well ask me if I've taken a shit. Of course I have." She glanced at his leg again. Maybe the dragon scorched his leg, so now he's paranoid about fire. Whatever, it gives his character depth! "Why do you ask?"

THUNK
Ormis started as an arrow hit the tree, right above his head. He was already in a fighting stance, and his sword was halfway out of the sheath by the time he realized it was the horseman. Blinking the water out of his eyes (it was rain, as far as anyone was concerned), he put his sword away and started leaving, calling out, "Hey, watch it. With this rain, someone might think you're an enemy." Once the archer was out of sight, Ormis sighed and began walking away from the group of tents. Not to anywhere in particular. Just... somewhere.
Five minutes later, he was completely, utterly lost. Somehow, he'd managed to lose his bearings after walking in a straight line for 90 seconds. Confused, he turned around a few times, looking for something familiar. Nope, only the walls of the capital.
Thirty seconds later, he was outside of... someone's tent. He couldn't really tell who's it was. Getting closer, though, it looked like... Amera's tent? He could hear something coming from inside there. Was it... purring? The boy was torn between his curiosity and his envy. A few seconds later, though, the former won. He walked up and thwapped the front of the tent.
... Okay, maybe this wasn't such a good idea after all.

The thought had crossed her mind, but it only made her feel worse. "Adrian, don't make me promise the impossible..." When she said that, she almost wanted that to be true. To be impossible, to not have to worry about bringing her brother back anymore. And yet, at the same time, she felt even worse for thinking of that. As Zwool called in to them, Carrion fell silent, just wanting to shy away from the world and die.
Grant
He looked at her again. "... Hmph. I'm going after... The Crimson Witch. Yes, yes, laugh all you want, 'I'm chasing a fairytale', well you know what, I know who I'm going after, and she ain't no fairytale." Rubbing his face due to exhaustion, "But I'm not asking for you to believe anything I'm saying, I'm asking you to make me some fireproof suit I can wear."

"Sounds like a plan. Meet up again in a couple of hours? We're pretty good on most stuff, I suppose we should prepare in case the weather gets nasty. It's a long way to the next town, and bad weather is the last thing we want."
Both of them agreed, it would be best to cover as much ground as possible so that way they could purchase as many supplies as possible. Lucretia headed toward the shop with the tents, hoping to get an all-weather one. The shop owner looked like a con man but Lucretia decided to take her chances.
"Do you have anything all-weather?" She asked politely. The man looked at her blankly. She sighed. "Works in any weather?"
"Right! This here tarp is what you need. All-purpose, highly affordable." Lucretia now had the blank stare. He understands all-purpose but not all-weather. Really? She looked at the tarp carefully. It could cover the three tents easily. The material looked promising, although she didn't trust the salesman. Nonetheless she purchased enough for the three, and still had more than enough gold for more supplies. Realizing she was hungry, she decided to look around and see if there were any places she could get a quick meal. It was still early in the morning but she hoped somewhere had some decent food.
Adano, on the other hand, decided to purchase the food for the journey. It was his hope that he'd be able to purchase food that would keep with their diets, and keep them healthy enough to reach their destination. He looked through the produce that was there. For once, he thanked the goddess for his slow movement. It allowed him to see what was around and what looked good with a better eye. He saw some very delicious looking fruits that he chose to purchase, as well as some meats that would be useful.
He paid the shopkeeper and decided to walk around town for a bit, considering he had a decent amount of time left. He hoped he could maybe find anything else that could be of use as well.
Julius
He decided to stop running and hold his ground. One against six yielded poor odds but he hoped someone from the town would hear him and help. He stopped dead in his tracks, activated his whip, and turned around. The six had split up, in the hopes of surrounding him. Once they were close enough, he slashed his whip at the first bandit he could find, successfully cutting at the man's chest. The other five looked on in horror as their comrade fell to the ground. This kid meant business. They didn't want to mess with him. They instead turned around and headed back to camp. Julius sighed. He was safe, for now. Retracting the whip, he headed onward to the town in the hopes of reaching his destination.

Dammit, that wasn't a good aim.
He ran out into the rain to reclaim his arrow. A little bit chipped, but it was one arrow out of many. Not really part of his concern. Hopefully the rain would end soon, he was getting really pissed off.
Elune/Adonis
They were getting drenched in the rain, and they probably wouldn't find anything. They decided to go to the inn and get some rest, continuing their search in the morning.
The only problem was that they were sharing the same room.

Gideon stop, Gideon stop, Gideon... oh, he stopped. I'm free from the torture! She let out an exasperated sigh, her body finally letting her move again. She quickly sat up on him again, not wanting to let him get his hands near her ears for a bit. "Well, we can go check on them if you want" "I do want to. I'm getting a bit worried; I saw Carrion out there, but knowing her, she'd be awake and vocally complaining about this weather. I haven't heard a thing, so..." She was sincerely worried about the girl, and would just go check real quick, before coming back to cuddle Gideon. "I can't get up with you on top of me" This made her smirk. Ooohhh, I'm back in control again~ Let's have some fun with this... "Your move." "Oh, my move, is it~? Well, maybe I'll keep us in here for a bit longer, then..." She slowly moved back down to laying on him, running her finger along his chest, up to his lips, and setting it on them. "Shhh~ No talking~" she whispered. Of course, before she could tease him anymore, there was some sort of smacking on their tent. She sighed, sitting back up. "Who is it?"
Adrian
"Adrian, don't make me promise the impossible..." "I won't, sorry. It was a silly thought, I know. Just... it was the first thing that came to mind." He let his head rest on hers, stroking her hair a bit. "Don't trouble yourself over it too much, alright? I mean, if you really need to, then go ahead, but just... don't let it eat at you forever." Not very sound advice, Adrian, but if she wants to mull, let her mull. Just be there to pull her back out of it. "Hey, what's going on!?" And that was Zwool, smacking at their tent. "It's nothing, alright? Trust me, we're fine in here." Bold faced lie, but Carrion just needs some time to relax, not a bunch of people fawning over her, worried. Well, at least I think so. Please just leave for now, Zwool. Please...

As soon as he stopped, she sighed heavily and sat right up, much to his confusion - didn't she say she liked it? "I do want to. I'm getting a bit worried; I saw Carrion out there, but knowing her, she'd be awake and vocally complaining about this weather. I haven't heard a thing, so..." Gideon didn't know her as well as Amera did, so he took her word for it. When she smirked, he knew he was in for it; after the ear-scratching, she had to have something in store for him. "Oh, my move, is it~? Well, maybe I'll keep us in here for a bit longer, then..." Crap. She climbed right back onto him and put a finger to his lips. "Shhh~ No talking~" Before he could get too excited, though, he heard a noise outside. Someone was knocking. If it's Ormis, I swear to the fucking gods... "Who is it?" Amera called as Gideon tried to sit up. Somehow, he managed it, but she was still in his lap. Just as it was getting good, too.
Melanie
"... Hmph. I'm going after... The Crimson Witch. Yes, yes, laugh all you want, 'I'm chasing a fairytale', well you know what, I know who I'm going after, and she ain't no fairytale." Melanie's face lit right up. No way. No freaking way. He's a witch hunter?! "But I'm not asking for you to believe anything I'm saying, I'm asking you to make me some fireproof suit I can wear." "Are you kidding?!" she practically screamed, smiling widely. "You're fucking awesome, dude! Witch-hunter-with-no-leg-OF COURSE I'LL MAKE YOU A SUIT!" She glanced at his leg again - she just couldn't get over how cool it was that he had lost it! Maybe a witch stole it... "We will have to do something about that, though," she said, pointing to his leg. "I can make you a replacement, but it'll take some time, especially if you want it to be fireproof too." In her mind she was taking inventory of everything she had stashed in town - quite a bit of steel, iron and bronze, and some lead, too. That should be enough to make durable shiftsteel, but I don't know if that'll hold against fire...well, maybe if I found something to treat it with...ugh, but I need an alchemist for that! "Hey, um, you wouldn't happen to know where I could find an alchemist, would you? It's...kind of important." Who is this Crimson Witch anyway?

"Let him in, don't" Sneezing again, "Don't be a dick, he obvio-" "Hey, is Carrion all right? Catch a cold letting the one guy in or something? I got something for that if that's the case..." Startled by his sudden voice, she lazily sat up, "I... Yeah, I've got a cold, gimme, pleeeease..." She gave a look to Adrian, one that hopefully got the point she was making earlier across.
Grant
"Wait I'm cool suddenly...?" And there she was going off on something else, talking about his leg. "No, don't bother. I'm certain it'll grow back. If you can just make the suit for a normal... me... that'd work out." "Hey, um, you wouldn't happen to know where I could find an alchemist, would you? It's...kind of important." "Uh... Not personally, no, but I know that Pravna revels in all things magical like that. Scientific stuff too. You'd probably be right at home there."

"Who is it?"
"Ormis."
Tempting as it was to just walk in, the last thing he wanted was MORE broken ribs right before what might possibly be a big fight. On the other hand... he really did want to know what was going on in there. Once again, his curiosity overcame his self-preservation instinct, and he brushed open the flap and stuck his head in.
It was a bad idea. Ormis really didn't know what to make of the scene, except that now he was really jealous of Gideon, who had Amera on his lap like... well, a cat. After a split second hesitation, he blinked and started, "H-hey, you got any medicine or something? Scarlet's coming down with a cold."

"Who is it?"
"Ormis." Goddamn it. Gideon shot a look to Amera that screamed "Why the hell is he here?" Then, in true Ormis form (that is, having no tact or appreciation for privacy, apparently) he waltzed right in - and stared at them. The jealousy in his expression was obvious, but Gideon didn't let it worry him. "H-hey, you got any medicine or something? Scarlet's coming down with a cold." "Scarlet? What, you mean Carrion?" He leaned over a bit, trying to see out from the tent without success. "I dunno. I don't think we bought any in Lazarynth..." Fuck, this is awkward. "I can't remember. Amera, did we pick up any medicine?" he asked her, adjusting her in his lap a bit so he could see her face. Please say no so he'll go away. Please say no. I really hope you're a telepath...
Melanie
"Wait I'm cool suddenly...?" Mel didn't hear him - she was still thinking about designing him armor. If he just wants it fireproof, I doubt it has to be too thick, so I don't need to reinforce it that much... "No, don't bother. I'm certain it'll grow back. If you can just make the suit for a normal... me... that'd work out." "You mean, like, with both legs? I can do that," she told him, grinning. "Might charge you extra for the other boot though." "Uh... Not personally, no, but I know that Pravna revels in all things magical like that. Scientific stuff too. You'd probably be right at home there." Though when he said no, she was about ready to explode again, his mention of Pravna made her perk up. "So you're saying that if I go to Pravna, I can find an alchemist! That works out perfectly!" She pointed right at Grant, grinning like a moron. "Pack your bags, Grant! We leave for Pravna in one hour!" Actually, he looks kinda tired...maybe I should give him some more time to rest. "Okay, never mind, go have a nap. THEN we'll leave for Pravna!" If Grant knew what he was talking about, Mel would have a lot of fun there. They had to have very talented smiths (and good equipment) if it was the capital, and that paired with having alchemists around meant she could make him the best damn armor ever! This'll be awesome! Maybe I can mass-produce it and get rich...then I could spend all day building stuff!! "Three hours for your nap!" she near-shouted, giving him a thumbs-up. "Sleep fast, alright?"

"Scarlet? What, you mean Carrion?"
"Yeah, Carrion, d'you-"
"Nope, don't have any."
"Oh, uh, okay... Sorry to bother you..."
Ormis had his embarrassment written all over his face, and he knew it. Clumsily, he withdrew, making sure to avoid splashing any water into their tent.
After wandering around for a few more minutes, the boy found himself back outside Carrion's tent. After staring for a moment, he sighed and sat down against a tree (a different one), waiting for the guards to let them in. He really wasn't worried about getting sick. After all, he'd spent most of his life in worse conditions than this.

Getting supplies sounded like a good idea, but Aurelio had no idea what to actually get. Adano didn't seem to have a coat. Hopefully, he could find a suitable one for him. Otherwise they were pretty much set, maybe he could find something nice for Lucretia.

"Nope, don't have any."
"Oh, uh, okay... Sorry to bother you..." Quickly in, quickly out. As soon as he closed the tent flap, Gideon laid right back down, pulling Amera on top of him. "If she's sick, we may not move for a while. We've got plenty of time," he pointed out, adjusting to get himself comfortable. When she had taken the lead, it intrigued him - maybe she wanted a bit more of him than she let on? "So what were you saying before we were interrupted?" he asked, feigning ignorance. He knew where this was going.
