As for the sprite, it looks pretty much like it did before, did you change anything?

The long wall actually changes from 2 tiles to 3 tiles high without a transition. If you look at the north end of it, it's 3 tiles high, if you look at the south end, it's two. I'd fix that, even if it's only apparent if one's looking.Ostia Map:

This section doesn't really make sense. The space on the right is higher than the wall on the left (3 tiles high vs 2). There's no way the left wall would cast a shadow on the right.
The two staircases just below that seem really cramped with only a one tile wide space between them.
