As for the sprite, it looks pretty much like it did before, did you change anything?

You can double post in art and project threads to bump for an update. And yeah, spliced version is better.

RED- "I look like an eyeball instead of an eyelid!"
Either blend out the sides of the area a bit more or shade the whole area more. I suggest the former. If it is an eyeball...well...okay.

GREEN- "I have ten-year-old shoulders!"
He has like no frame at all. His shoulders are that of a little kid..or even a female in FE standards (not including the bobbleheads). If he is supposed to be a little kid with a scar on his face from probably fighting someone on the playground for a piece of candy...well...okay.

MAGENTA- "I had to move my pad cause it was uncomfortable on my lack of a shoulder!"
The pad should prooooooobably be lower and closer to his body. He can stick his hand in there and tickle his neck. Don't put it FLAT on his shoulder...but resting right above it rather than hovering.

On behalf of lazy people everywhere, img tags/ forum codes. And when you splice things together, consider the shadow's they'll leave that weren't there before.

Your battle sprite's sword reminds me of Kirby's :3 I can't really critique but I find I like your battle sprites and maps better than portraits :) (Which is good cause not as many people do either :/)

The battle sprite's weapons seem to light.
The maps are nice, how/ with what did you rip and add onto them? (or did you copy them by hand?)
Bern keep has some peak tiles that are too bright, particularly in the lower right hand corner. Some peaks don't line up. Some peaks are too straight. In general, reference and work on peaks. Also, the clusters of forts with red on them seem excessive.
The Ilian map's added is an interesting idea. You took the idea to the extreme, but I don't mind, because its originality makes up for its oddness (that sounded stupid -_-). It reminds me of Advance Wars.

Not too bad, Chaos. A few things though:

Atho's Map: I like this though I wish you would have fixed the wonky pillars IS used in the original map.

Bern Map: Watch your mountains, you've got a lot of tiles not lining up. Many of the peaks are also really straight.

Ostia Map: Posted Image
This section doesn't really make sense. The space on the right is higher than the wall on the left (3 tiles high vs 2). There's no way the left wall would cast a shadow on the right.
The two staircases just below that seem really cramped with only a one tile wide space between them.

Ice map: The drastic change in geography is really jarring. The original map is mainly mountains then all of a sudden there's rivers everywhere.

Battle Sprites: They look pretty nice though the hand on our left seems kind of flat. A little shading here and there ought to round them out.

ostia again. i added some random pillars cause i needed something to take up space.
Posted Image
the archsage's quarters with a carpet around his throne and fixed pillars and some windows.
Posted Image
battle sprite also fixed.

as for the ice map and bern map they were test's to see if i knew how to do mountians and rivers. they looked nice and i think i'll probaly come back to the bern one when i can do better mountians.
thanks prime you have helped me alot. as for the program i used tiled and used some of the exsisting map's and built the rest.

Things are looking pretty nice now. But, the little wall jutting out here:
Posted Image
And its opposite on the other side look kind of odd.

I like the additions to the throne room :)

Oh, for the battle sprites, it doesn't really look like the hand is griping the hilt of neither the sword or axe. The weapons look like they're just floating behind the hand. Maybe reference the warrior or something similar?

The long wall actually changes from 2 tiles to 3 tiles high without a transition. If you look at the north end of it, it's 3 tiles high, if you look at the south end, it's two. I'd fix that, even if it's only apparent if one's looking.

I'm confused why you shaded the stairs like this (applies to any instance of shading "basement stairs" or horizontal stairs).
They don't cast shadows (Well, basement stairs technically do but only like a pixel's worth and there's no tiles for that.).

Posted Image

Use a different tile here to make it smoother.

Posted Image

Because of the differences in height, these walls shouldn't be connected.

I nitpick a lot but this map seems pretty good. :)

Sprite's hand seems a touch too small now.

The map looks kinda like it'd be a prison. And the snaking passage looks kinda unnecessary. Like, the style of rooms seems to change abruptly all over the map. It almost looks like a bunch of wall formations mashed together. It's not bad, but it could use a little more of a central theme, IMO.

Dark tomes are cool, but they've got too much white in nondarkmagicyshapes on them to look like dark tomes.

.....ops!

the map lacks a central theme cause well i was doing it i felt the need put a random swerving passage. it takes out the feel but i try'd to incorprate diffilcty and not alot of desing.

the dark tomes are the fe10 dark tomesbut it was kinda hard to make. ah well.
