Provisional Rules Circle of Eight 7.0 PC/NPC balance is set to 3 PCs, 5 NPCs (It can't go any lower) but only one PC is used Humble NPCs on PC can talk to NPCs, solve the vignettes, may level up for gaining social skills, flee in combat and do total defense. May not participate in combat in any way. Issues: Would need some method for score. No easy turn counts like FE. How to do "paired" characters Any bans? Really only considering the earlish level 8+s and Elmo. Drafte list (chime in if anyone was missed, from the list on the GameFAQs FAQ, excludes the 3 escortee NPCs). Dividing them (aside from Homlet, where 1 NPC must be gotten) is just for aesthetics right now.
