One thing I would suggest is investing less in Strength, Wisdom and Charisma, and more in Intelligence, Constitution and Dexterity. While you could definitely keep some points in the prior stats if you wanted, Intelligence especially is really really important for Wizards, and conversely, Strength, Wisdom and Charisma tend to not be very useful. While you don't need to go quite to this extreme, I usually go 8,14,16,18,8,8 when I make Wizards. Again, the example I gave is pretty tweaked out, but I would definitely recommend at least going for an 18 in Intelligence. If you really don't want to then feel free to not do it, I just figured I would warn you that it could end up weakening your character.

Well, could you explain what Skills and Feats are, since my idea about what they are is wrong?Your character looks pretty good, though he still needs skills and feats, and spell choices (I'll get to those in a moment anyway).

Ok, I've edited my sign-up. What do you think now? =P

Skills are how good your character is at different things. For example, my Rogue has +8 Hide. That means that when he's trying not to be seen, he gets a +8 bonus to his dice roll, which is pretty significant! The number of skill points you get is dependent on your intelligence modifier and what class you are. For example, your Wizard has a +4 INT modifier, so you get 2 (from being a wizard) + 4 (from being so damn brainy) skill points per level, except for the first level, where it's multiplied by 4. So for your first level, you'd get 24 skill points, and 6 for each following level, giving you 36 overall.Well, could you explain what Skills and Feats are, since my idea about what they are is wrong?

Feats are somewhat larger abilities. The most well-known Feats are used to gain proficiency in different weapons (allowing you to wield them effectively), but feats can do many other things. For example, my character has Lightning Reflexes, which gives him a +2 bonus to dodging spells and traps and stuff.
Your Sign-up has too much ability. Right now, you have 34 points "worth", so you either have to take out two points from DEX, CON, WIS, or CHA, or remove 1 point from INT and add 1 point to anything but DEX.

Oh hey, I missed this. If you're thinking about what to remove, the way the system works favors even ability scores over odd ability scores, so removing one point from your Charisma and Wisdom each will have no little to no actual effect on your character's capabilities.

(Also, does anyone have Diplomacy, or at least Intimidate? If not, I can shift 2 dexterity to intelligence and take 6 ranks of that, as well.)

I have plenty of Diplomacy and Bluff.Concentration allows you to keep casting if interrupted. It'd be a useful skill for you. It's also literally Tamara's only ranked skill because she's a dumb blonde.

15 year old human maturity is equivalent to 20 year old Half Elf and 110 year old Elf...so go figure the maturity of a 23 year old elf

That aside, there's some potential to be salvaged there either way, though I 'll probably want to change that age somehow.

Yeah, seems pretty good, though you have 2 too many skill points if you were a Ranger at level 1, or way too few if you were a Rogue at level 1, and you have one too few feats (ie. you get 2 feats for being level 3). Also, your base saves column is filled out wierdly, the Base Saves are just Ranger level 2 saves + Rogue level 1 saves, which should be Fort 3, Ref 5, Will 0. There are also a couple things that I think you just haven't got around to filling in yet, like HP or BAB, but overall it looks pretty good. Here's what I got so far, also about half done. I also probably fudged with the skill numbers, wouldn't be surprised if there's more wrong with it. I'm also not sure how to best put the finishing touches on me feats, especially my preferred enemy. What do you guys think?

Gonna think of some other skills to put ranks in...or just keep the ones placed there with lowered total ranks later just cause the current set fits his character
