I've seen Roy's bases and growths. His bases are identical to FE7!Eliwoods, so while they are stinky if he can get key level-ups fast then he can get himself out of his hole faster. His promotion time is also a big problem. It's freaking late, and if you can't get that moved to an earlier point of the game he will stink. But if ALL of Roy's growth's were doubled, specifically strength, speed, defense, and resistance, then he will most likely cap strength and speed at least unpromoted on average. 20 strength and 20 speed and high defensive parameters would really help Roy LIVE and not be as useless should he need to fight, even if he isn't promoting any time soon.

And no, Roy won't be overpowered with better growths. He will just be less lame.

It was an uneventful day in the city of Serenes Forest. The Folgore Rangers' secret base, which was located in Imp's guest house that was separate from her actual house, was strangely empty that day -- only Darros, Banzai, and ZM were present. Banzai was reading Hamlet for the fifteenth time that week, while ZM was laying out the rules for a new draft challenge starring Priscilla. Darros had his next name change planned, but he couldn't decide what to change it to. Suddenly, a loud explosion rocked Imp's house with the tremor associated with a 4.1 earthquake. Only Banzai remained unperturbed.

"What was that?" Darros shouted. "An earthquake?"

"Highly unlikely," Banzai muttered, not looking up from his book. "Since when does Serenes Forest get earthquakes? And besides, even if it was an earthquake, that was a weak one. Nothing to get bothered about."

"It came from the bathroom," ZM spoke up. He slowly got up from the table he had been sitting at and motioned for the others to follow him. "Let's go check it out."

Darros and ZM stealthily made their way over to the only bathroom in the guest house, while Banzai grudgingly trudged after them (book still in hand). They came to an abrupt stop in front of the bathroom door, crouching so that they were level with the doorknob.

"On the count of three," Darros whispered, "we rush in and charge, all right? One ... two ..."

Banzai rolled his eyes and opened the door before Darros could finish his countdown. Immediately, a thick cloud of smoke spilled out of the bathroom and the horrible smell of burning acid filled the air.

"That is awful!" ZM coughed.

"What in the name of English is this!?" Banzai demanded.

"Sorry, sorry!" came a shout from the back of the bathroom. When the smoke cleared away, the Folgores saw their ally, Professor PicKLe, standing in the bathtub with a table of chemicals in front of him.

"Professor PicKLe, what happened?" Darros asked.

"Oh, nothing to worry about." PKL gave a cough, then waved his hand to dissipate the smoke around him. He was covered in soot and ashes and his hair looked slightly fried. "I just perfected my new potion! Behold!" He held up a vial that was halfway filled with clear liquid.

"What does it do?" Banzai asked, eyeing it critically.

"It gives the power of flight!" the professor exclaimed. "After weeks of studying, I have found a way to make it so! Just a mere sip of this potion will have you growing wings and flying like a pegasus!"

"So ... just one sip of that thing, and we'll get the power to fly?" ZM questioned excitedly.

"Ah, well, I should warn you, it's not permanent," PKL answered. "In fact ... this is the first time I've ever created my potion, I'm not completely sure of the details of how it will work ..."

"That's a bummer," Darros said. "So ... what are you going to do with it?"

"Well, this is why I hired test subjects!" PKL exclaimed, his eyes lighting up. "I want to see how this affects different people. To find out how long it allows one to fly. If you guys could do me a favor ..."

"I am NOT going to be your test subject," Banzai snapped.

"Oh, I know that." PKL rolled his eyes. "I'm not going to use you guys for my guinea pigs. Eliedon will kill me. No, I already have a friend who offered to test the potion for me. Her name is Freohr Datia , and she'll be waiting at the juice bar for you. She has dark purple hair, you can't miss her."

"Why don't you just take the potion to her yourself?" Darros asked.

"I would, but ..." Professor PKL looked a bit nervous. "I should probably clean Imp's bathroom for her. She's gonna kill me if she comes home and finds the bathroom in this state." He paused for a moment. "Well, that is, unless you guys want to clean the bathroom instead --"

"Bye!" Darros yelled, as he and Banzai began running for the door. ZM grabbed the vial out of PKL's hands before following them out of the base.

The juice bar was about twenty minutes away from the Folgore Rangers' base at a leisurely stroll. Darros, Banzai, and ZM made it in fifteen at the speed they were running at. They gasped for breath even as they surveyed the bar, looking for the girl in question. ZM found her seated in the back of the room, in a corner table. The three Folgores quickly joined her, introducing themselves.

"Well, it's very nice to meet you all," Freohr said, shaking each of their hands. "So ... PKL couldn't make it himself, huh? What did he do this time?"

"He made a mess of Imp's bathroom, where he was conducting his experiment," ZM told her.

"I'm not too surprised." Freohr giggled. "Well, now that we've all met up, why don't we go find somewhere less crowded? I'm sure people will freak out if I started floating in the middle of the bar --"

"Out of the way, losers!"

Both Darros and ZM crashed to the floor as they were rudely pushed out of their seats -- the vial fell from ZM's grip and clattered to the floor, but did not break. Banzai scowled at the two people who had rudely interrupted their conversation. "Humph, it's you two. I should not be so surprised to see you throwing your weights around in such a crude manner."

"Yeah? Well, who asked you, Bonsai tree?" Crash sneered, kicking ZM's seat to the ground.

Marth laughed stupidly and nodded his head so hard he looked like a bobble head. "Yeah, Bonsai tree! Good one, Crash!"

"You're not funny," ZM growled, picking up his chair and righting it.

"Why don't you just leave already?" Darros agreed, glaring at the two troublemakers. "Nothing to see here."

"Oh?" Crash returned the glare. "But why would we want to do that?"

"Go away!" Freohr shouted, throwing her tangerine juice in Marth's face.

"Aw man ... Crash! I think I got juice in my eye!" Marth whined.

"Tch! Later, losers!" Crash growled, sauntering away. Marth trailed after him, still complaining about tangerine juice in his eyes.

"What a bunch of annoyances," Darros huffed, sitting down in his chair. "Glad that's over."

"If we can just give Freohr the vial and be out of here ..." Banzai grumbled.

"Right, right." ZM absentmindedly reached for the vial, only to realize that he no longer had it. Frantically, he began searching his clothes and his pockets.

"What's wrong, ZM?" Darros asked. "Don't you have it?"

"I did! I just had it with me, but --" ZM slapped his forehead. "I must've dropped it when those two idiots pushed me down! It could be anywhere in this bar!"

"Well ... let's not panic," Freohr spoke up, although she looked jittery herself. "It has to be here somewhere! As long as no one tries to drink out of it, nothing bad will happen."

Banzai crossed his arms. "What kind of idiot would drink an unknown substance straight out of a vial?"

"Hey, Crash, look at this," Marth said, holding up PKL's vial. "I found it on the floor, next to those losers! Looks real fancy, don't it?"

"Give me that!" Crash grabbed it from Marth's hands and scrutinized it. "There's some sort of liquid in here! I wonder what that is?"

"It must be alcohol!" Marth sniggered. "Ooh, those losers have alcohol!"

"Well, it's ours now! Finders keepers!" Crash opened the vial up, pouring half of its contents into his juice and the other half into his comrade's. He and Marth toasted their cups. "Cheers!" he said, then they drank.

As the Trio of Green, Blue and White dropped down onto the gravel, like three blind men getting kicked in the nuts, the White-Faced figure emerged out of the stygian darkness of the nearby alleyway.
In his last moments of conciousness, HArpoon saw and recognized the person as one he had read of many times: The Fabled Archenemy of Gothams Cloaked Protector, the Criminally Insane Joker!

"And that's how you capture Leotard wearing, do-gooders!" cackled the Joker, as he bent over the comatose trio.
"Awww geeee Mister J, do we have to take them with us?" Said Harley Quinn, in a purring voice, as she dragged 13th by the legs, towards a body-bag.
"Are you sure we need more goons Mister J?" moaned Harley, as she stuffed 13th into the body-bag, leaving only his head exposed.

"You've forgotten about our little job, haven't you?" chimed The Joker, as he chucked Harpoon and Darros in the trunk, as if they were merely giant plushies.

As Harpoon came to, he found himself in a cheap looking apartment room.
As he glanced around, he saw that 13th and Darros were still unconscious.

"Heeeeheeee, You're gonna do a job for me, Green Lantern!" said the Joker, as he sprang behind Harpoon.
"WuWuwu-Wait a sec!" exclaimed Harpoon. "I'm not a Green Lantern, I'm a Folgore Ranger!"
The Joker sighed and yelled "Harley! I thought you said that one of our goons saw a Green Lantern fight ol' Croc?"
"Honest, I did Mister J!" said Harley, as she entered Harpoon line of sight.
"Oh great, I guess I'll just go and make a note to kill the guy that told you that." Mumbled the Clown Prince of Crime.

"Hey, Wait a sec, aren't you The Joker?" exclaimed the Slow-Witted Harpoon.
"Congrats Kid, you win the prize." mumbled The Joker. "I guess I'll go fill myself up"
And after that, the two villians exited the room.

Harpoon then proceeded to attempt to awaken 13th and Darros, by repeatedly slapping them in the face.
"Damnit Harpoon, I was just having a dream about Ewan and Me in a Ferrari, picking up a load of Chicks" Moaned 13th, as he groggily got up.
"Aideen! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" Yelled Darros, as he awoke.

"Guys, I have good news, and I have bad news." Said Harpoon.
"Ok, what's the good news?" asked 13th.
"We're alive, for the moment." said Harpoon, in a calm manner.
"Ok then, what's the BAD news?" cut in Darros.
"We're stuck in an alternate universe, straight out of my comic books. DC's Joker has captured us, and our Folgore Power Levels are famished at the moment." Said Harpoon, in a rising tone.
"You're joking, right?" chuckled 13th in a slightly mocking tone.
"Remember that Giant Reptile guy?" said Harpoon."That guy was Killer Croc, straight out of the Batman Stories."
"Ahhhh, can't be possible." Said 13th. "After all, that was one wierd dream!" Darros and Harpoon looked at 13th funnily, and Harpoon pointed to a fresh wound on 13ths shoulder.
"Ok, it hurts, and I guess we should find a way to recharge our Folgore Power." Moaned 13th.
"No, you don't mean-" Said Darros
"Yes, we're gonna have to revive ourselves through "Iron Man Folgore". Calmly stated 13th, as he pulled a smartphone and selected the tune.

All of a sudden the room was lit up, and a multicolored disco-ball was on the ceiling.
"You're shitting me, Shojor made this?" Said Darros in awe.

"Lets Boogie back our power!" Said 13th, as he started to dance.

"EEK!, IT'S a homeless guy! Yelled one of them, as she punted the hapless Folgore Leader over a fence and into a dumpster.

"Curses, I know I should have worn that top hat for good luck today." Moaned Doku, as he got up and ran around trying top figure out where he was. Then, he ran into the MASTER OF THWOMPS!-Horita Repulsa!.
"Haha Folgore Red, we meet again for the **th time!" Said Horita in a cocky voice.
In reality, Horita was scared, uncomfortable, and wanted to go back to the buttlair and sit in his buttchair with his cookies, and watch TV Commercial about Bel-Airs.
