Starfox Command because it's not Sonic obviously.
But SfC is okay. The difficulty kinda sucks, it's laughably easy for 99% of the game with a tough final boss, and every level is pretty samey.

Both also have stories that could not have been a whole lot worse if they made the lowest common denominator of their respective fanfiction communities into lead writers, but Sonic 06 does it in a "hahaha what the hell" way, while StarFox does it in a :( way

Star Fox Command, you get to play as Leon and blow things up. It has fairly long game-play since there's lots of different endings possible. Overlook the fact Fox is bald. Star Fox Assault is so much better

Yeah, but that was a summary of the problems. The strategy sections are quite fun, and the variety of paths through the game is pretty nice.
