FE11 - Can either go Cavalier/Dracoknight for some offense (he'll do good damage once he hits C lances, and there's an Arms Scroll in Chapter 12) or Curate for staffing (and should end up with respectable Res).

FE12 - Prepromote growth unit, but costs a couple of turns. If you do things right, he should gain a level on his joining chapter.
