Dat Rules
- Ratings are assumed to be on Hard 2 Mode.
- Votes need some explanation regarding their gameplay performance to be counted. If somebody else said what you want to already, quote them explicitly.
+/- ≤1 point extra regarding personality/appearance is encouraged, but no more. If you exercise your bias privileges, please do so explicitly. Also, if your vote is already a 10/10 or greater than 9 and you give a full point of bias, The score may not exceed 10!
- Numerical votes out of 10, or something proportional to it. Make it easy to calculate for my sake.
- Each ranking phase ends from 2100 to 2200 EST. 13th May start the topic again but i am not sure. Do the math if you are in another timezone!
- I will insist you do not use the "Not X" reason on any character, where X is another unit. If you do, your vote will be thrown out.
- "Recruits X" or "takes you to X chapter" arguments are explicitly banned. C'mon, people, this shouldn't need to be a rule. That's not gameplay performance.
- Assume that the character in question is being recruited.
- Similar to the "Recruits X" rule, do not use "He Comes with a Free Ridersbane" as an argument.
- I withhold the privilege to tell you your rating is bogus and demand you revise it if it breaks any of the above. I will not throw out votes anonymously, you will be informed and given a chance to revise.

The Best Cleric you are ever going to get in this game. Has a nice Weapon Rank to Start off with to use Warp right off the bat. She can use the Hammerne, Although it comes late, it has a good amount of uses (12 compared to the usual 3). She is nice here so i give her an 8.5/10

I see you and I (And OP) are the only ones who don't value Hammerne and Warp as much as the rest.

Harmaine user and Warp bot. Giving Julian great support if u use her and getting ok bases. At least she has improved alot better than the NES/SNES versions HP growthwise. Oh, and in the NES version, she never could grow any HP which was kind of a letdown.

because warpskipping is still faster than not warpskipping unless you can magically amble across the entire map

I think that being able to teleport and complete every chapter on turn 1 is pretty fucking OP, personally. If that's not "good"... then what is?

so basically if you hamstring her by taking her best staff away so she doesn't completely break the game, she's not as good

I don't do Warpskip much (though I have skipped stuff sometimes) but I'd easily give her an unbiased 9/10 because she's handy, levels crazy quick (especially with Barrier spam!) and I wouldn't want to play this game without her!
So 1 bias for 10/10!

I honestly just use her as my only cleric and by the time I need a 2nd staff user, one of my other mages has promoted. She comes early and her growths are... ugh... not the worst, at least compared to others. I don't do it often, but I'll have to give a...

EDIT 2: Ugh I was on H5, saw it was H2, idk if you want to count it or not...
EDIT 3: Should be noted "only cleric" means only actively used one, I use and drop others as I get them.
