If somebody else said what you want to already, quote them explicitly. +/- ≤1 point extra regarding personality/appearance is encouraged, but no more. If you exercise your bias privileges, please do so explicitly. Also, if your vote is already a 10/10 or greater than 9 and you give a full point of bias, The score may not exceed 10! - Numerical votes out of 10, or something proportional to it. Make it easy to calculate for my sake. - Each ranking phase ends from 2100 to 2200 EST. 13th May start the topic again but i am not sure. Do the math if you are in another timezone! - I will insist you do not use the "Not X" reason on any character, where X is another unit. If you do, your vote will be thrown out. - "Recruits X" or "takes you to X chapter" arguments are explicitly banned. C'mon, people, this shouldn't need to be a rule. That's not gameplay performance. - Assume that the character in question is being recruited. - Similar to the "Recruits X" rule, do not use "He Comes with a Free Ridersbane" as an argument. - I withhold the privilege to tell you your rating is bogus and demand you revise it if it breaks any of the above. I will not throw out votes anonymously, you will be informed and given a chance to revise. The Best Cleric you are ever going to get in this game. Has a nice Weapon Rank to Start off with to use Warp right off the bat. She can use the Hammerne, Although it comes late, it has a good amount of uses (12 compared to the usual 3). At least she has improved alot better than the NES/SNES versions HP growthwise. She comes early and her growths are... ugh... not the worst, at least compared to others. I don't do it often, but I'll have to give a... 10/10 EDIT: And as stated, warp and hammene. EDIT 2: Ugh I was on H5, saw it was H2, idk if you want to count it or not... EDIT 3: Should be noted "only cleric" means only actively used one, I use and drop others as I get them. Quite easily the best White Mage you have before Wendel shows up. C rank in staves right off the bat means she can use the gamebreaking Warp Staff. Not counting that, she's basically a better version of Wrys just by her Staff rank alone. Her magic doesn't matter much while healing since every healing staff except recover uses half of the user's Mag in addition to the base healing factor (which varies on the staff used). Her speed could use some work, and she could use more concrete durability, however. But then again, healers in FE were never made for front-line duties very often. Staff EXP makes her level up pretty easily as a cleric, so you don't have to worry too much about her falling behind. Recommend class after promotion is Sage because, obviously, not many units are fitted for the role, and Bishop seems pretty redundant. Also, did I mention that she later on becomes a go-to unit for repairing certain weapons? That can definitely help if powerful forges are used. 6/10 + 1 bias since she's my favorite staffbot in the game. On warpskip playthroughs, she'd obviously get 10/10 though. I'd rather forge multiple +10 MT Silver Lances for Jagen and give him all my Speedwings, because Fire Emblem is all about momentum and Cord's got none, so fuck him.
