Below image with all base stats. First the characters recruited in normal chapters, then the characters in Gaiden and then all children. Base stats of children differ depending on their parents.

Mind you, Sariya still has 10 levels to gain, and even if her skill growth does suck, you can always a) give her the highly accurate wind tomes or b) make her go thru the archer -> sniper route to get Skill + 2 and Accuracy + 20. Also, check out her Speed and Defense. MUCH better than DMs and particularly female mages tend to have ^J^. Also, why oh why does Violes speed have to blow?!

Also, she naturally gets Curse and Crimson curse, so unless those are "Commands", her accuracy will only really blow with Ruin (unless you get lucky with the RNG and she gets skill for most of her level ups).
