He's just letting his guilt and trauma direct his actions. Note that even he declares his fear of women to be a flaw. Tiamo or Velvet and him seem like they'd go well together for some reason that I can't quite place. Guess if I put Ronku together with either Tiamo or Velvet, then that'll be one pairing for my playthrough pretty much resolved. I assume that it's a combination of A) The idea of splitting money with someone else is completely foreign to her B) It's pretty obvious Tiki doesn't really care about money and suggesting it would just piss her off even more That was a pretty great support line overall tough. Probably because there's no way that Tiki would ever agree to that, for pretty much any reason. Note that at the end of the support line, she gives the money back rather than dump it into the war coffers as Anna suggested. Anna probably realised that Tiki was far too noble a person to ever be swayed by profit, and instead decided to bet on her gullibility and relative naivety with regards to business practices.
