I mean, you need all the crazy new mechanics in Awakening to survive, but Ashera kinda turned Largo and nearly everyone who wasn't in your army into stone and she had pretty intense defences. Meanwhile Gimle's got a whole nation and more, and is actually successful until Masked Marth does business. Though with seeing videos of RD hacked to the max, I think Dhisegnea (or however you spell his name) is most intense, but he flat out dies. Anyway, my point was besides IS just taking the different direction because they felt like it, I think the Tellius warriors got the more lax moments than the future Archaneans, allowing more comedic supports. Is there any information on that? It sounds like Valhart knew about Fauder's plans and was trying to stop them, so was that Fauder's plan all along, to have Exceli let him find out to provoke him into attacking and setting him up so that Krom would defeat him and assemble the Shield of Seals? Now I wonder what class Mark would be with Valhart as the father... just Strategist? According to someone on Gamefaqs who made the pairing, yeah. There are 29 potential 1st gen marriage characters, 12 2nd gen characters that MU can marry and 6 special characters Emelina, Gangrel, Inverse, Renha, Valhart, Paris (assuming he can be married like the others That makes 47 characters marriable for MU and (at least) 47 playthroughs to get ALL supports. With Gangrel and Valhart recruited, male Mark has two remaining mystery support partners listed in the Support Library but not on his current ingame profiles, consistent with the treatment for all of his father pairings. The mystery partners are Renha and Paris, so yes, MU can marry even Paris and have Mark. And yes, I too plan on getting all the pairings. In the meantime, I'm using my two completed files (NM with male MU, HM with female MU) to get all the non-special-requirement supports up to A rank so I'll have a mostly complete Support Library, as well as getting whatever other supports are available - parent/child ones and random unneeded S ranks between the children.
