Spoiler - My unit judgements, if you're at all interested.

Eliwood: I actually kinda liked him! I could see the issues that everyone brings up with him, but he was kinda handy and didn't turn out bad at all. It's probably because I put a lot of effort into levelling him so that my main Lord wouldn't be a waste and so I'd get Geitz instead of Wallace (I only succeeded at the first one.
).
Marcus: I actually used him in the earlygame... And felt horrifically guilty about it because of my infamous position on Jeigan archetypes... I kicked him out of my part when I started 16x, which was a horrible move because of how bad that chapter was for me.
Lowen/Bartre: Earlygame filler, 'nuff said.
Dorcas: He died in 13x and took my Energy Ring with him! Crap!
Rebecca: I made an honest effort to use her, but it really didn't work out... She contributed mildly here and there in the beginning but I ended up kicking her out when I got Rath back. Maybe I could've salvaged her if Dorcas didn't take away my Energy Ring...
Hector: I didn't find him as good as people said he was. Maybe it was because I was putting a good amount of effort into Eliwood and Lyn but not much at all into him (which is probably why I got Wallace...).
OsWIN: This guy was one of my MVPs! I gave him the first Knight Crest and a Speedwing somewhat tentatively but I don't regret either of those. He was practically invincible and owned EVERYTHING! He even got me out of some pretty tight spots and was one of the few non-Athos units who contributed some in the Final too!
Serra: I really wanted to use her long term but she really fell behind... Eventually she was superceded by Lucius and Pent.
Matty/Legault: Did thiefy things... That's really about it.
Guy: Fought Axemen early on then to the bench with him!
Erk: I used him quite a good amount early on and he was even my first magic user to promote but I eventually replaced him with Pent, who was rocking superior stats and A Staffs. Erk didn't really have anything to offset that.
Prissbitch: Handed me a Mend Staff then sat on the bench until Raven's chapter. In that chapter she recruited her brother and meatshielded some Cavs who would've probably killed Matthew otherwise. She dodged valiantly for a while but then you can guess what happened!
Lyn: Put lots of effort into her too! I used the first Heaven Seal on her pretty much immediately (She was Level 18 at the time!) and then used her almost exclusively as a Bow machine, generally Steel Bows (which were SLOWLY replaced with Killers) but I also had her use Longbows at times. When she went close range it was almost always the Mani Katti.
Sain: I tried to use him but he got rather Speed screwed, I think. I kept him going for a good long time but eventually I kicked him out, mostly because of...
Kent: Despite my preference for green knights over red knight, he thoroughly spanked Sain(inb4yaoijokes) during most of Lyn Mode and after the earlygame in Eliwood Mode. He was doubling a faintly incredible number of crucial enemies that Sain didn't and he even had a durability lead! I gave him the second (and final, really since I benched Sain and Lowen.) Knight Crest and he pwned his way to being another MVP! He even capped Speed (which made him the faster unit on my team)! He kidna contributed in Final but not as much as my other MVPs.
Wil: Didn't even try to use him, moving on!
Florina: Another MVP! I gave her the Angelic Robe and Energy Ring in Lyn Mode, which worked out fantastically! After a while she pretty much owned everything. And by "a while" I mean "pretty much immediately after getting into Eliwood Mode"! She even contributed in the Final (boning Kenneth and friends with a Short Spear and not giving a crap)! In short, she was amazing! As far as I'm considered the other fliers might as well not exist!
Raven: I had VERY high hopes for him, but he didn't live up to them. Not sure if this was because he got stat screwed or because I was pretty more effort into other characters but there you go! He still managed some pretty badass things but if I managed to get Harken I probably would've benched him.
Lucius: He was probably the best magic user in my team to start with but he decayed over time, though still remaining pretty great. Admittedly he kinda turned into a Staffbot post-promotion (he was the third one).
Canas: Possibly an MVP, I'm not sure but he was badass either way! He got the second promotion (which was rather early but really worked out!). He owned most normal things with Flux, he Nosferatanked and he Luna'd too! He contributed in the Final chapter as well, not a great deal but Luna is just SOOOOO good in that chapter that he pulled some stuff off, mostly against Nergal, Ursula and Jerme.
Dart: He was pretty good but not too great, possibly because of a rushed promotion that left him inferior to Hawkeye but he was still pretty useful.
Fiora/Heather/Vaida: Used in their opening chapters and the first two in some other brief filler roles but other than that... Fuck you, I have
! 
Isadora: Opened doors and chests, maybe axed some things (can't remember) then BENCH!
Rath: I made a concerted effort to get this guy to work, and it sort of payed off. He wasn't the best but still helpful at points (mostly becausae of Brave Bow access).
Hawkeye: I really didn't want to use him... But I did. He was recurring filler and was actually quite helpful (mostly he was a key player during Cog). I still wish someone had cut off his nuts before he could conceive Igrene though...
Wallace (Lyn Mode): A semi-helpful crutch.
Wallace (Eliwood Mode): Fuck you, I wanted Geitz!
Pent: Was awesome as a fighter and a staffbot! ...Until the Final chapter, when he was only awesome as a Staffbot.
Louise: Recurring filler, kinda helpful but she died during my first Cog attempt... I would've continued but she takes Pent with her!
Karel: Fuck you, I wanted Harken! But thanks for the Wo Da- OH WAIT I DIDN'T EVEN USE IT! 
Nino: Alternated between trying to train her and leaving her on the bench. Eventually the latter side won out.
Jaffar: Pretty badass filler!
Renault: Thanks for the Fortify! Now have a nice, comfy place on the bench!
Athos: Was the driving force behind my team in the final chapter. Most everyone else was too weak to face the bosses. Nobody else even tried to fight the dragon!
