-Ratings to be assumed from when a unit is first available.
- Votes need some explanation regarding their gameplay performance to be counted - incredibly low scores or high scores without proper justification will not be counted. Don't put in some random text thinking it'd count as justification. Put in at least a little thought and give REAL reasoning.
-Numbers for votes, please - not something like "Turban/10",etc.
-Personality /Appearance may be taken into account, but only +/- 1 point at the most.

But she does actually get you a few less turns than Leen in these rankings... because we're ranking subs for all-subs and it takes a few more turns for Celice to double-back after getting Laylea with no Warp staff. But hey, she still gets more turns than she costs.

actual useful skill unlike leen, ain't rating her lower for lacking inheritance because there is literally nothing I prefer to pass down to leen and that would be breaking the rules

Has charisma and dances. probably the best support unit in the entire game 10/10

She is basically Leen with charisma. She also can't survive an attack if she happens to be attacked. Plus she has no inheritance and has to actually buy the leg ring instead of letting that money go for 20 more uses of the Mistoltin. But she has charisma, so that makes up for that.

Like Leen, dances for four units. No Prayer and no inheritance, but Charisma is just as good. 10/10.

takes longer to get the knight ring, and that's actually quite important.
