I read somewhere that after you beat the game you can get your previous MU back? It it true?
And if so,how do you get him/her?

Through a character list. You hire them like spotpass characters.

It's not after you beat the game it's any time you register your MU in the character list he/she can be bought in another file, spotpass & dlc characters are the same way, but for MU it's not really that useful unless you have the gold dlc because a maxed MU cost 80k and up depending on the class
(the cost depends on stats it seems so MU/class combinations with higher stats cost more for example Grandmaster MU maxed costs 80200 but maxed Hero MU costs 81200 whereas DLC and Spotpass characters have set prices based on their initial stats)

Also if I remember correctly a MU from any file can't have supports if you buy him on a different file

well since you can do it whenever, you can technically make a my unit, save it, then delete the file, and repeat. Or train them up to level 10, reclass, save and repeat. Or do you have to be after a certain level or somthing?

That's...actually pretty cool. I foresee a play-through as both male and female MU, then just hiring the other to help out in the end for completions sake.

From what i've heard, the recruited my unit cannot support however. like with dlc characters and spot passes. Would be awesome though to meet a friends my unit and have your my unit marry them. But i guess it would be pretty redundant.

Selfcest, there's something that IS hasn't tried yet.
