So 5 points if you keep it 20 turns or less, and scale down accordingly?

I thought it was more like you get no turn count points out of 5 for it, but it adds to your overall TC and your overall EXP, as well as any boss quotes you (I) might have.

It doesn't bump up your TC, or get you any points for that. The other benefits are still there (boss quotes, treasure, etc).
