I'm fairly certain this is a chat room license error. The only real possibilities are that it's a bug on IPS'side or Jyo hasn't renewed our IP chat license. I'll e-mail him, there isn't anything we can personally do if it's the latter, since the forum's in his name. I am pretty sure we were not using the basic free package, in any case.
Sorry for not being around much, hopefully I will be back within the next couple weeks :P.
Email sent, hopefully it's as simple as him having to renew our chat plan. It should be back up within two days of him renewing it if that's the case.
