According to the current drafting process we get this:
123321123321123321321 (last round reversed) this leaves two units to spare.
My idea was this:
123321123321123321123321 (no reverse) this however has 24 characters, and there are only 23. So with this idea, the last two players would share the same unit. Most likely ena.
Its up to nano of course. (fun how i was confused myself and am no explaining it a second later. xD)

Well my original idea was to just leave Lyre and Ena undrafted, since that's what I saw other drafts do (leave a few units undrafted).
But I guess since this is a girls draft not having all the girls available is not right. In which case:
VS: Laura, Astrid
QE: Meg
me: Lethe, Lyre
QE: Ena
VS: Ena
is going to be the final draft.

Great, now I have Mist, Lethe AND Lyre to fight for the Bexp. This is definitely not going to work out well...

Nano:
Nano, where is your part one? =O its easy mode, but Micaiah, sothe and fiona solo is a challenge for ltc... You will hate the part three db?
Your part two has marcia, who is great. And neph, who is awesome. Even lethe! Your part two rocks. Sadly its the shortest part... Then comes part three, only ike, neph and mist?
Then comes lethe, but lolcatgauge. And lyre... Lyre.... Yeah... Lyre... Then you have sigrun and sanaki, both are desert locked. They are great there... But it limits distribution... I would say the worst team...

Maiden of Emblem:
Meg as your only part one unit.... Better than fiona only, but very difficult. Vika helps in 1-8 a lot. Part two you have overkill, elincia, lucia, and calill? Your part two rocks just as much as nano's!
Part three is titania, but titania only, until tanith and calill... 3-7 is going to be funny for you. Part four... A couple of forced units, but calill for the desert etc, you should manage. ;) a solid team imo, it lacks part three fire power.

Me:
Jill, nailah, ilyana and laura for part one! Overkill much. Jill is my main killer, ilyana goes to the gm! Laura can purge kill ike with easy mode bexp. Nailah, she is the only laguz royal! She is so OP for when she is there!
Part two is wonky with just astrid and heather, but a whisper heather in 2-e with pass? Maybe a fun way of killing ludveck.... Bane and ep kill? Somehow... Astrid with bexp will own in 3-9, but is modest in part two.
Part three rolls around... ike and mia, then substitueted by ilyana and heather. Astrid comes just in time to ferry ike. Nailah as i believe only forced route, so great distribution possibilities. Flight, mages, laguz royal. Part four is sussed.
I think my team is a bit OP. =p

Well this is the first time I drafted, so naturally it ends up horrible.
I just did an EM draft and went through part 3 with Ike, Gatrie and Rhys. I'm going to guess that Ike, Neph and Mist would be kinda similar (but weaker) until I get Lethe. Mist especially may or may not actually be able to reach ORKO statues, I'll have to try to find out.
Of course I would love Jill or Tit, and it would significantly alter my draft, but alas...

With easy mode, you have enough bexp and battles to get mist to get a horse quickly, with florete she can have great damage output againts everything except generals and probably halberdiers and draco's. Mist is the closet to tits you can get. Fiona has sole right to bexp, so as soon as she caps def and speed, try and get strength up. Neph is awesome, she can be a lancer in 2-e, and impale ludveck. Lethe is lolcatgauge, so i recommend blossom and bexp. For that good first level in the map. Marcia owns, and sigrun + sanaki can ravage the desert. ;)



Edit wait a second, i have an idea... I am going to partially dedicate this draft to heather. It will be Heathers travels through tellius with her harem. 8D sadly no HeatherxNeph in this draft =p

Nolan killed the boss, Miccy got the hand axe.

1-2 4 turns
Just barely managed here, in no small part thanks to Nolan's multiple speed procs allowing for ORKO on 8 AS enemies. Missed out on both Thani and the drop. I don't think they are going to save me a turn, so w/e.

1-3 4 turns
Unfortunately only has Miccy to break the door.

1-4 6 turns
Forged Miccy an 8 mt light tome called Thani. You'll always have a special place in my heart, Thani.
Sothe did all the work here. I really want the Beastfoe, but Miccy is on worst bio so there is no way for me to pick it up.

1-5 4 turns
Everyone went bottom, with Sothe swinging towards the top for the boss and then the fire mage. Jill killed all the top left reinforcements.

1-6-1 4 turns
Miccy wore the robe. She may be able to live without it since she somehow got up to 7 defense. She can take two hits from most of the center and top right enemies, so it wasn't risky at all. Sothe needs to trigger adept on the wind edge armor since he is 1 HP too tank.

1-6-2 3 turns
Sothe went to kill the boss. Miccy picked up a bunch of exp.

1-7 5 turns
And I get Fiona, who has 1 less speed and 1 less defense than Miccy.
This is a bad choice isn't it. Well at least she gained two good levels while Sothe is busy ferrying Micaiah.

1-8 9 turns
I realised that I made a huge blunder in the drafting phase by not picking up Meg over Fiona. Had I picked Meg I would have probably saved 4 turns already by now. The ways things are going so far I don't think I can get Fiona to one-round laguz in 3-6 while Meg always has Brave Sword.
Having only two units to cover the whole swamp really is a pain.

1-9 4 turns

1-E 7 turns
Sothe with Savior ferries Micaiah to the throne while Fiona gains more levels. Fiona got to level 15, but still with horrible stats.
Ilyana is ferrying over stuff to sell, Celerity, Hammer, Pass and Adept. I forgot about the brave sword, hopefully not too big of a deal. Mist is the only one who wants it, and she is probably better off with Florette.

That's an interesting idea. I probably have enough Bexp in the GM to spare some for Neph, so maybe I'll just get her to level 14 or so and have a try.

Unfortunately she doesn't have enough attack to do it, unless I get her to third tier. But then she wouldn't get in wrath range anymore.

The idea is having her Wrath Crtkill Ludveck with enough Str + Steel Grtlance. She deals 2dmg to him at base level (with Stl Grtlance, of course), and he deals 26dmg to her (Neph has 32HP at base). The thing is having Neph get enough str, like 6 procs, that are somehow easy and doable in EM, due to bunches of BEXP levels (as soon as she caps skl, sp and res) and EXP gained. Try not having her get so much def though.
Third tier Neph would probably dodge Ludveck or get low dmg 8S
