Aum isn't exactly exclusive to Elice, she just the logical choice for it, unless you trained Maria. Caeda and Minerva can use it too, I guess, but that would be silly. It's also not quite the same argument, since in FEDS you actually need to go get Aum, it's not that I'm giving Elice points for having it for anyone to use.- Similar to the "Recruits X" rule, do not use "He Comes with a Free Ridersbane" as an argument.
I'm assuming this extends to items in general.

Yeah, I'd say it's fine, it's basically the same thing as Shiida getting points for being able to use the wing spear. Though I don't think aum is worth an entire point. The most it'll ever help you is if you want to do the whole recruit Nagi and still have the falchion/Tiki thing.
On a side note, I find it absolutely hilarious that less than half the units rated so far scored over five.
