[CR-S01]

Round-robin - All draftable units are given random numbers. A person "picks" a number based on the completely not descriptive unit description (look below). But since this is round-robin, the next player has the option of stealing your pick. A pick can be stolen a maximum of 3 times before it's set in stone. If your pick was stolen, then you pick an additional unit along with your normal picks when it comes back to your turn. Also, you won't know who you got until drafting ends. For the extra trololols.

Example:
JUVENILE picks unit #14.
SHORTS MAN steals unit #14. JUVENILE no longer has anyone.
MR. CAPTAIN picks unit #2.
MINISKIRT picks unit #5 and steals #2.
MR. CAPTAIN picks unit #12 and another unit, #13, because MINISKIRT took his.
And so on. Then once it gets back to JUVENILE, he'd pick or steal 3 units.

1. L'Arachel - has a 50% str/mag growth
2. Marisa - is hot
3. Ross - wears a headband
4. Gilliam - has a beard
5. Rennac - has purple on his/her sprite
6. Neimi - has boobs
7. Joshua - can support 6 people
8. Syrene - long hair
9. Franz - blond hair
10. Kyle - speed growth is below 50%
11. Saleh - can use staves
12. Tana - Integ once had him/her as a badge
13. Colm - wears some type of jewelry
14. Lute - bare shoulders
15. Knoll - starts off with 2 weapons and a vulnerary
16. Artur - base luck is less than 7
17. Amelia - has 6 CON
18. Duessel - very manly
19. Innes - is a badge
20. Gerik - weapon rank starts off as C
21. Forde - wind affinity
22. Vanessa - base HP is 15-19
23. Garcia - sleeveless
24. Ewan - wears a turtleneck (aka clothes covers neck)
25. Dozla - has facial hair
26. Natasha - can have/has a horse
27. Cormag - has a scar
28. Moulder - starts off with two items in inventory

Spoiler - Rules (standard)

Drafting:
1. This draft is for 4 players.
2. Eirika/Ephraim, Orson, Tethys, and Myrrh are free for all to use.
3. Seth is banned from all use.
4. The game will be played on Hard Mode.

Rules:
1. Undrafted units may recruit characters, rescue undrafted units and NPCs, trade, visit Shops and Armories and dig up items in the desert.
2. Undrafted units may not do anything not listed above, including but not limited to meatshielding, building Supports, and opening Doors or Chests.
3. Map shopping is allowed.
4. Skirmishes/use of the Tower or Ruins is disallowed. Skirmishes that are blocking your path may be activated and immediately fled from.
5. Defend chapters count the last played Player Phase for turns if the timer is waited out.

Penalties:
1. Undrafted units have a 4 turn penalty, per unit per chapter.
2. Seth has a special 8 turn penalty per chapter.

If I had time, it would be fun to try to figure out who everyone was based off of those descriptions.

Question though, how specific are the clues about characters physical descriptions? Some are pretty vague. Especially the turtleneck one. Do collars count as turtle necks?

also yes, collars count as turtlenecks. They're supposed to be vague so you don't know exactly who they are.

Sorry if this is liek "known" but when you mean "has 6 CON" does that mean they start out with it, or they would eventually end up with it, or both?
