Leaf rocks, Sachiko Wada did a great job with him; the colouring, design and pose are very nice. Arum is also quite cool.

Marth is almost a 5, but he looks a bit plain--it could be the huge amount of blue as mentioned before.

Marth-Gets a 3. Fair detail. His blue hair is a little less his own usual color.
Leaf-4. His shoes looks like he took em from a circus xD. But his face is so dreamy. <3
Roy-3. Meh. Doesn't fit his image of personality.
Alm-5. It's perfect. What more could I say?
Miccy-5. They have improved her sexiness for boys (which will bring fanservice) and her clothes look good for a dark mage. Dark Mage is a good class for her. Because of her leading Daein to fight on the wrong path for a long time. She probably got lessons from King Pellas before he perished.

Marth: Nicely drawn, but looks bland and classic. 3/5
Leaf: One of the bests, but like mentionned before, the cape is weird. 4/5
Roy: I like the design, but it seems a bit out of character. 4/5
Alm: My favorite. They took a bland FE2 design and made it look badass, while still being very similar to the original. 5/5

Unfortunately you can't fix the biggest problem (her pasted on head) very easily.

Here's how I voted.

Marth- 3 stars. Plain, I felt like I've seen it before and it's not bad but it's not that good. Seems like a standard Marth pose.

Leaf- 5 stars. Amazing. It makes Leaf seem much more like a badass compared to his FE5 self. You definitely get a sense royalty from him despite the rough looking clothes he's wearing. That art makes Cuan pround.

Roy- 4 stars. Pretty good. I say this art looks better than his FE6 art and Roy looks like he can actually back up his fighting prowess. He manages to pull off the headband pretty well too. Sadly it doesn't appear ingame from what I've read.

Alm- 4 stars. Excellent. The only issue I have is his face but even then it's not that big of an issue.

Micaiah- 4 stars. I'm in the minority here but I like her art. I love the background and I do find her boobs and head to be weird. Although Sothe would have a heart attack seeing Micaiah dress so scantily.
