Ok so I got the Gamestop keldeo in Black and then taught him Secret sword, so then i traded it over to black 2 and it still knows secret sword but it isn't in resolute form. Why?

It needs to learn Secret Sword while it is in BW2.
Use the move deleter to delete it and then teach it in B2.

btw resolute form doesn't add anything special, no stat changes or anything, it's literally for show. In case you thought it was like the wind genies
