Ayaha: I heard a rumor that's been troubling me... Could you check it out?
The player is given two options on how to respond:

If the player chooses "no":
Ayaha: Okay. Whenever you have time.
Conversation ends, request unaccepted.
If the player chooses "yes":
Ayaha: Thank you, Itsuki. Have you evern seen "Steel Chef," the show where amateur chefs duel it out? A high school girl has won the last none shows. She's the talk of the town! I tune in every week to see how she'll do! ... But it looks like something's going on behind the scenes. Taping of the next show has been delayed. My hunch is that it has something to do with the high-school chef Tamae Manai. She's currently at Daiba Studio. Could you go check on her? Thanks; I'm counting on you.
Speak to Manai, who is near the entrance to Daiba Studio.
Manai: I was just lucky to get this far. My dishes just randomly turned out good... I can't keep up this charade. One of these times I'm going to be exposed as the fraud I really am and let everyone down... I'll just apolgize to the crew and go home... And then, I'll never cook anything ever again...
Chrom's Voice: I cannot sense the glow of a Perfoma emanating from her...
Itsuki: I knew it. Let's report this to Ayaha.
Speak to Ayaha.
Ayaha: ... Just as I thought. Tamae Manai's Perfoma was stolen. I asked Tiki to look into this matter as well. She sensed a strong Sense Perfoma at Daiba Studio's Idolasphere. The Mirage we're looking for must be there. Please recover her Perfoma as soon as possible. Thanks, Itsuki; I'm counting on you.
The Mirage is on the upper left side of Illusory Daiba Studio.
Itsuki: Chrom! That Mirage!
Chrom's Voice: Yes, I can sense a powerful Perfoma emanating from him! It must be Tamae's! Let's get it back!
Battle initiates.
Mirage: Impenetrable defense... A destructive blade... Yes, I have it all...! Grrrah...! No human can defeat me...!
After the battle:
Itsuki: (Everything should be okay now. I should go check on Tamae Manai.)
Speak to Manai.
Manai: The secret ingredient is black garlic? Hm, I don't know what that is... but I think I can make something delicious! It's black, so... maybe I should balance it out with white chocolate. That and squid, milk pudding, and... oh, some yam! Mmm, I'm feeling confident! I need to stop being so afraid and just go for it. I'll do my best, Mom!
Itsuki: (It looks like everthing's[sic] going to be okay. I should report this to Ayaha.)
Speak to Ayaha.
Ayaha: You did it, Itsuki. They're taping episides of "Steel Chef" again. Oh, I'm so excited! You'be been working so hard, maybe I should make you lunch. Don't worry; I've watched enough episodes to know how to cook. I want to try making Tamae's recipe for chicken dumplings smothered with maple syrup. You can taste-test it for me. Thank you for all your hard work. I'll let you know if I hear any more suspicious rumors.
