Fire Emblem Heroes has brought back Alm and Celica’s Bound Hero Battle for those who missed it the first time. It will be available until the daily rollover on 9th November 2017.
Meanwhile, for those who already completed all the stages the first time, there are some new limited time quests just like the Grand Hero Battle repeats.

If you’re struggling to complete the last two quests, Lvl 40 Alm and Celica can be found in Paralogue 5: Part 1 and Chapter 11: Part 1 on Lunatic mode. Even though they’re still strong, you don’t have to worry about keeping your whole team alive.
