Heroes: Christmas Heroes Revealed: Winter’s Envoy Preview Trailer!

There’s something festive in the air with the latest batch of special heroes in Fire Emblem Heroes! Just recently, Heroes shared the Winter’s Envoy preview trailer to show off the latest batch of new units. Check it out below!

Our four 5★ holiday heroes are Lissa, Chrom, M!Robin, and Tharja, and they’re all Armored units! Each comes with a unique weapon and at least one new skill. You can see a full breakdown of their skills and abilities at the bottom of the article.

The new summoning focus will go live this coming Monday at 7:00am UTC. A new paralogue, also entitled Winter’s Envoy, arrived at the same time. We’ll also get a new log-in bonus as well! The new banner will last until the new year, ending on 1 January. Like other special heroes, these four will not be added to the general summoning pool once they’re gone.

I will be hitting every single red orb I see until I have that Tharja.

  • Suicunesol

Christmas Tharja is the first Armored Mage. Interesting.

They’re all very enemy phase oriented.

    • Johann Kraus

No she isn’t?? Halloween Henry was the first armored mage.

      • Suicunesol

        I stand corrected.

        • King Marth 64

Actually, she was leaked (only with the face shown) sometime in February along with Robin (with full body portraits) in the data-mine back at Feb 2017. I think the Christmas banner along with Fire Emblem Heroes was probably planned to be released before Christmas on 2016 instead of post-pone to Feb 2017. Christmas Tharja would probably have to be the first armored mage in the game if the game was released before Christmas instead of February 2017.

          • Volttekka

Though that assumes that she was intended to be an armor unit back then, and wasn’t just converted into an armor unit recently.

  • mrkisukes

Tharja is the top summon of this banner. Nice to see close counter actually being held by someone other than Pineapple Head.

    • Now that you’ve said it, you know you’re not going to pull her, right?

      • mrkisukes

        F*** me! You’re right!

  • wow who would’ve thought

  • dmurr

Why are they all armored? How?

  • MetalGear Lamia

Lissa got better art now! Going for my Awakening waifu!

  • Alexander Bodine

Alright, finally got around to using the Robin and Tharja Christmas outfits that were leaked some time ago.

“Lissa made me wear this outfit.” XD

    • TheBraveGallade

      lissaxrobin confirmed?

      • King Baka

      • Alexander Bodine

I married Lissa in Awakening, so yeah, that’s the pairing I went with 😉

  • Mary Robinson

I was bummed when I realized Lissa and Chrom share the same color but her B skill is awesome and if she pops up more than once I’ll be able to sacrifice her to better my Chrobin duo.

    • Diovani Estivalet

Also, now we have a second axe user Chrom.

  • superdawge

We know Robin and Tharja’s art have been set since the beginning of the game, I wonder if their armor status were always planned or added in response to the meta?

  • firstlords

    Helllooooooo power creep

  • O.H. X-1990

I knew they would add Christmas Robin and Christmas Tharja, and I see that they’ve added Christmas Chrom and Christmas Lissa. But, they are all Armored Units? Is this necessary?!

    • King Marth 64

I’m pretty sure those Christmas decorations along with the suits probably have more defense and have one move since Halloween Jakob did have heavy ball in his leg and Halloween Henry was carrying the giant heavy coffin.

      • O.H. X-1990

Christmas Tharja has no suit, she’s only wearing a bra and panties (with a coat), and yet she’s an Armored Unit? That doesn’t make any sense. Also, have you forgotten that Armored Units with Swords, Lances, Axes, and Bows (i.e. Halloween Jakob) are weak against Mages while Armored Units with Magic (i.e. Halloween Henry) are weak against the Melee and Bow Units?

  • ronin4life

Chrom should have been a dagger unit.

  • Nick

Wow Tharja look awful, more pervert pandering yaaaayyyy… everyone else looks good though. At least looking at her dosnt make me feel like a pedophile like Nowi does, just like im at a strip club lmao. Seriously though Amor??? H!Henry had the giant coffin so okay and H!Jakob was just so damn dedicated to his costume’s authenticity he wore real iron ball shackles I guess but here? Tharja’s (still) only wearing a bikini and cape…..

    • Laggalot101

And I thought Amelia was stretching it when she released…

  • Diovani Estivalet

Now we can have a Robin Emblem Team: Robin (M), Robin (F), Robin (F/YS) and Robin (M/WE). Sadly, 3 of the 4 Robins are blue units. I was hoping the Tannenboom! would be a sword and not a lance.
