Cipher S12 Weekly Recap: Daily Reveals, Release Promotion, & Pre-Release Livestream Info!

It’s been another fun week of reveals in Fire Emblem Cipher! @fecipher started off the week by showing full versions of the N and SR cards for Lissa from Awakening. Kawade originally showed off these cards during the weekend’s livestream, but they were somewhat difficult to make out. We also know the SR will be available as a signed SR+.

Tellius got the brunt of the reveals during the week, including our third green SR, this time for Marcia.

We also got both an N and an R card for Soren, as well as an R and alternate art R+ card for Titania!

Rounding out the week is one more final R card, this for for Ares from Genealogy of the Holy War.

The official Cipher website also updated with full details regarding the S12 release promotion. This set’s promotion features set of ten postcards, three different design packs in total.

Anyone who purchases a booster box (or 16 loose packs) from a participating retailer gets one pack of postcards. Once again, AmiAmi is listed as a participating store, which is good news for those of us who import our cards. Check out the full retailer listing and further details on the official site.

Finally, we also now have an official date and details for the S12 Pre-Release Livestream! It will air on Saturday, 17 March, the weekend before the set goes live. Once again, Ryota Kawade and Young will be our hosts.

Two guests are also listed so far: Hibiku Yamamura (VA for Rinea and Shade) and Minami Takahashi (VA for Peri and Alice). Like most pre-release streams, the main focus will be opening packs to show off rare cards. We may also get some new art from upcoming sets or other Cipher news. Check out the official site for a link to the stream.

Cipher Series 12 will release in about one month on 22 March! In the meantime, it’ll be an exciting month of news, reveals, and speculation. For further discussion about Cipher, feel free to join us in the Cipher subforum on the forums! You can also check out the Cipher Wiki for translations of the cards and more detailed information.
