No, you’re not dreaming. The Resplendent Hero arriving on 25th August 2020 will be Eirika: Restoration Lady.
This version of Eirika is wearing fanciful attire from … *grabs FEH spellchecker* Ljósálfheimr, one of the two realms in Book IV. Check out her page here. Before Eirika, Resplendent Olwen will be available from 10th August.
Moving back to the present, pirates have invaded Fire Emblem Heroes. Pirate versions of Brigid, Tibarn, Geese and Harmonized Veronica (and Xander) are up for grabs. Or maybe they’ll run off with your Orbs, like they did mine.
These Special Heroes were revealed in the recent Feh Channel. For details of their abilities, please carry on to the end of this article.

By the way, Version 4.8.0 of the game has been available to download. This update includes some new features outlined in our earlier article. Also, here are the new weapon skills and refines. Special thanks to lugnutt on Reddit for the details.
Sneering Axe – Inflicts penalty on foe’s Atk/Spd/Def/Res during combat = current bonus on each of foe’s stats x2. (Example: if foe has +7 bonus to Atk, inflicts Atk -14, for a net penalty of Atk -7.) Calculates each stat penalty independently. After combat, if unit attacked, inflicts [Panic – Converts bonuses on target into penalties through its nxt action.] on target and foes within 2 spaces of target.
Special refine: At start of combat, if foe’s HP >= 75%, grants Atk/Spd +5 and Special cooldown charge +1 per unit’s attack during combat. (Only highest value applied. Does not stack.)
Tome of Order – Effective against flying foes. Grants weapon-triangle advantage against colourless foes, and inflicts weapon triangle disadvantage on colorless foes during combat.
Special refine: If unit has weapon-triangle advantage, boosts Atk by 20%. If unit has weapon-triangle disadvantage, reduces Atk by 20%.
Bright Naginata – If foe initiates combat, grants Atk/Def +4 during combat.
Special refine: If unit is wihtin 2 spaces of an ally, grants Atk/Def +5 to unit and neutralizes unit’s penalties during combat.
Setsuna’s Yumi – Effective against flying foes. If foe uses bow, dagger, amgic or staff, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res +4 during combat.
Special refine: If [Bonus – All effects that last for “1 turn” or “that turn only.” Includes bonuses granted by a skill like Rally or Hone and positive status effects (extra movement or effects like Dominance).] is active on unit, grants Atk/Spd +5 and neutralizes unit’s penalties to Atk/Spd during combat.

Once used, Harmonized Skill cannot be activated again. At start of ever third turn, if Harmonized Skill has already been used, unit can use Harmonized Skill again.
