It feels like forever ago that we got Legendary Ryoma; at long last, the next Nohrian King arrives as a Legendary Hero!

Legendary Xander’s summoning event runs from 30th June to 14th July 2022 (UTC). In lieu of his father Garon forgoing his unique axe, Bölverk, it’s not a big surprise that Xander has come carrying it instead.
The following Heroes will also be featured:

- Blue: Nott, Ullr and Ascended Ishtar
- Green: Freyja and Eitri
- Colorless: Legendary Leif, Niime and August

Weapon: Ebon Bölverk – Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count-1). At start of turn, if unit is within 2 spaces of 2 or more allies, grants [Null Follow-Up] and Special cooldown charge +1 per attack during combat for 1 turn. (Only highest value applied. Does not stack.) If unit initiates combat or is within 2 spaces of an ally, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 during combat and restores 7 HP to unit after combat.

At start of combat, if foe’s HP >= 50%, inflicts Atk/Spd/Def-5 on foe during combat. Reduces damage during combat and from area-of-effect Specials (excluding Rokkr area-of-effect Specials) by percentage = 50% of foe’s HP at start of combat. (Example: if foe’s HP = 75%, damage is reduced by 37%.)
