fefates-dlc-screen1 Encounter with Awakening
If you could travel to another world…
The Halidom of Ylisse lies on the other side of the Outrealm Gate. There, the group meets with Chrom and his Shepherds and together they fight to drive away the invisible soldiers.
Reward: Exalt’s Brand, Hero’s Brand (first time), Pebble (unlimited)
Difficulty: 1 star
Price: Free
This map features conversations between the characters of Fates and Chrom, Lissa and Frederick. The first time you complete the stage (with all three Awakening characters alive), you will obtain an Exalt’s Brand (allows a female unit to change to the Great Lord class) and Hero’s Brand (allows a male unit to change to the Lodestar class). Normally, only Marth and Lucina can have these classes.
fefates-dlc-screen2 Paradise Scramble
If you could spend time at the southern islands…
There are eight royals, but only one ticket to the wondrous southern islands–and so, the royals and their vassals make for battle. Who will be the royal who gets to enjoy the southern islands?
Reward: Special illustrations
Difficulty: 2 star
Price: 300 Yen
This map features a special swimsuit illustration for each of the eight royal siblings (akin to Awakening’s infamous Summer Scramble). But first you must select the sibling you wish to fight for, then fight your way through the rest of the pitiful crowd…
Note: For this map, you will be controlling characters separate from your game progress.
fefates-dlc-screen3 Terrifying Spirit Mountain
If you could acquire unparalleled strength…
A unique monster has been sighted prowling the nearby spirit mountains–it’s said whoever defeats it will become stronger. Thus the group sets out to further their training…
Reward: Experience (unlimited)
Difficulty: 1 star
Price: 300 Yen
This map is the only place you can grind for experience in the Nohr campaign. It looks useful for early-game grinding, but gets harder as you progress through the story (like the other DLC maps where you can use your own characters).
Note: You can earn experience even in the Nohr campaign.

From 30th July 2015

fefates-dlc-screen4 Duelist Museum
If you could acquire powerful weapons…
A museum lined with all kinds of weapons has opened for the public to enjoy. Soon the group engages in a battle for weapons…
Reward: Weapons (unlimited)
Difficulty: 1 star
Price: 300 Yen
This map looks to be a good place to stock up with rare and powerful weapons. One of the screenshots shows the player obtaining a Venge Katana–an A Rank sword that is limited in supply during the main story.
fefates-dlc-screen5 Treasure of the Ruins
If you could possess enormous wealth…
At the ruins of an once-prosperous nation sleeps a mountain of gold and silver. The group marches out to vanquish those raiding the ruins…
Reward: Funds (unlimited)
Difficulty: 2 star
Price: 300 Yen
Say “hello” to Fates’s version of The Golden Gaffe. With this map, you’ll probably never run out of money–this should be fantastic for buying skills from guest characters.

From 6th August 2015

fefates-dlc-screen6 Battle for the Strongest Royal
If you could determine who the strongest royal was…
In order to save their siblings in another world, the eight royals and their vassals clash between them. Who is the strongest of all the royals…?
Reward: Various stat-boosters (first time), Dread Scroll, Ebon Wing (unlimited)
Difficulty: 4 star
Price: 300 Yen
This map seems to function like Paradise Scramble, where you select one royal to ally with at the beginning. At the end, you can acquire a Dread Scroll (allows any unit to change to the Dread Fighter class) and Ebon Wing (allows any unit to change to the Dark Falcon class). Normally these items are gotten from the Link Bonus and are limited to two per playthrough; here, they are unlimited.
Note: For this map, you will be controlling characters separate from your game progress.

From 20th August 2015

Invisible History – Beginning / Conclusion
If you could know their past and future…
The unrecorded prologue of the heroes who hid their names. The unrecorded epilogue of the heroes who slew the dragon. The man who calls himself Anankos.
Reward: Fell Brand, First Blood (unlimited)
Difficulty: 3 star
Price: 500 Yen
This map explains how Owain, Inigo and Severa entered the world of Fates, as well as the backstory of the Kingdom of Valla. At the end, you will earn a Fell Brand (allows a male unit to change to the Grandmaster class) and First Blood (allows a unit to use the Dragon Vein ability).
Note 1: For this map, you will be controlling characters separate from your game progress.
Note 2: This map is two maps in one (hence the slightly higher price).

From 17th September 2015

fatesdlc2-002 Vanguard’s Trial
A trial ground based on “Elincia’s Gambit” from Radiant Dawn. Can you defend the castle from an overwhelming enemy onslaught?
Reward: Vanguard Brand (unlimited)
Difficulty: 2 star
Price: 250 Yen
Similar to the original Elincia’s Gambit, the aim is to survive for 12 turns or defeat the enemy boss. Enemy reinforcements will steadily arrive from Turn 2 all the way to Turn 12. Besides the Vanguard Brand (allows a male unit to change to the Vanguard class), there are enemies holding onto skill scrolls for Heavy Blade, Veteran Intuition and Aether (all Vanguard skills).

From 24th September 2015

fatesdlc2-006 Anna the Outlaw
A remix of “Anna the Merchant” from Fire Emblem Awakening. What fate awaits Anna who’s been cornered by thugs?
Reward: Anna (first time)
Difficulty: 1 star
Price: 250 Yen
At long last, Anna can finally be recruited in Fates! First, you have to clear the map with her still standing. Each time Anna takes damage, she’ll escape down the stairs, reappearing at the next available stairs in the nearest row below (until there are no more stairs, at which point she’ll stop moving). Try not to let Anna die after this map, because you can’t get her again (on the same save file).

From 1st October 2015

Ballistician’s Trial
A trial ground based on “The Wooden Cavalry” from Shadow Dragon. How can you get past the Ballisticans with their massive range?
Reward: Sighting Lens (unlimited)
Difficulty: 2 star
Price: 250 Yen
Male units can use the Sighting Lens to become Ballisticians, a tank-like class that can attack with bows or use their turrets to target multiple units from a long-distance. Like in the original map, there’s a village that can visited–this time, for a random item. Also, one of the Ballistician reinforcements is holding onto a pair of Shades (accessory).
fatesdlc2-014 Anna’s Gift
Receive a Sighting Lens from “Ballistician’s Trial” or a Witch’s Mark from “Witch’s Trial” for free, but only once.
Reward: Sighting Lens or Witch’s Mark (first time)
Price: Free
The description says it all. The first time you select this DLC (it’s not a map by the way), you’ll be given a choice of one of the two class-change items: the Sighting Lens (allows a male unit to change to the Ballistician class) or Witch’s Mark (allows a female unit to change to the Witch class). Useful if you don’t want to pay money or you want to sample one of the two classes.
Note: After downloading, select “Anna’s Gift” from the list of downloaded maps at the Dragon’s Gate.

From 8th October 2015

Witch’s Trial
A trial ground based on “Fear Mountain” from Fire Emblem Gaiden. Can you overcome the surprise attacks of Witches who can teleport at the blink of an eye?
Reward: Witch’s Mark (unlimited)
Difficulty: 2 star
Price: 250 Yen
Female units can use the Witch’s Mark to become Witches, a magic-orientated class that can warp adjacent to any ally and perform a standard action (yes, it’s as broken as it sounds). If you wait long enough, there are Witch reinforcements holding onto a Black-rimmed Glasses (accessory) and Warp scroll.

From 4th March 2016

feif-dlc-blank-s Anna’s Gift 2
Reward: Paragon and Boots
Price: Free
The first time you select this DLC (it’s not a map by the way), you’ll receive a Paragon scroll (teaches the Paragon scroll, which doubles experience gained) and pair of Boots (Movement +1). Currently there’s no other way to acquire Paragon and Boots are always nice.
Note: After downloading, select “Anna’s Gift 2” from the list of downloaded maps at the Dragon’s Gate.

From 16th March 2016

feif-dlc-map014 Recollections of Bubbles
“This is what I remember; this world’s story.”
The Deeprealms are attacked and the children have lost their parents and their homes. Those who managed to escape early face new friends and an inescapable battle.
Reward: Point Blank scroll etc. (perhaps if you complete each chapter with everyone alive?)
Difficulty: 3 star
Price: 1500 Yen
This is a set of 6 maps that focus on the children characters, similar to Awakening’s The Future Past. The main difference is that you apparently control the children only (and they probably function as separate units like in Invisible History). In addition, there seem to be multiple rewards–perhaps one for each map?
Note: The first three maps will be available from 16th March 2016, while the final three maps will be available from 23rd March 2016
feif-dlc-map015 Hoshidan Festival of Bonds
The group visits Hoshido in another world. Here, a festival to celebrate the growth of children is underway. But crooks have come to spoil the fun…
Reward: Special illustrations, parent-child conversations, Exalt’s Brand
Difficulty: 1 star
Price: 250 Yen
The Scramble maps from Awakening are back! Besides the lovely new illustrations (possibly of the top-ranking characters from the Japanese popularity poll) and the-ever-welcome new dialogue, you can finally stock up on endless amounts of the Exalt’s Brand (allows a female unit to change to the Great Lord class).
Note: In this map, you can enjoy unique parent-child conversations. The conversations are different for each combination, so please try various characters.

From 23rd March 2016

feif-dlc-map016 Nohrian Festival of Bonds
The group visits Nohr in another world. Here, a festival to celebrate the ties between friends is underway. But Faceless have come to spoil the fun…
Reward: Special illustrations, 1st generation conversations, Hero’s Brand
Difficulty: 1 star
Price: 250 Yen
Set during a crazy Halloween party or something, this is another potentially exciting map for fans of character development (and, er, fanservice). Similar to the Hoshidan version, you can acquire an infinite supply of the Hero’s Brand (allows a male unit to change to the Lodestar class).
Note: In this map, you can enjoy conversations between characters who don’t support eachother (eg. Ryoma and Scarlet, Azura and Camilla, Elise and Izana). Plus characters who do. Be sure to try various characters.
