Good to know I'm not the only one with obsurd hit/dodge rates. It only has happened to me less than a handful of times across MULTIPLE games but with Fates its happened to me several times and I'm only on Chapter 8. Bugs me how many types of seals there are and I still kinda gotta wrap my head around not resetting to level 1 and staying the same level. Also Having every type of weapons picture be the same from E to S irks me. And Weapon EXP growth is TURTLE LEVELS OF SLOW.

I want a FE6/7 Merlinus one so bad. Lol.

Using Sothe in FE9 expecting him to promote. But hey a thief's a thief.

Well I had one but turns out Fates made it a reality. The Adventurer so that's kinda neat.

Gaiden: I'd say its worth at least 1 playthrough. It even has an Easy Mode if you want extra exp. Genealogy of the Holy War: Out of the 3 I'd say it has the most replayability. Marriage system originated in this game. Skills too. The story is really good too. Very dark compared to games before and after it and 5. Maps are huge, Gold is individual not shared even get a little bit of tower defense on some chapters. Thracia 776: The pinnacle of Kaga Emblem. It is a lot of peoples favorite and talked about for a reason. You should play it and find out. :) Midquel to Genealogy.

Pretty much anyone we couldn't fight in the main story. It was cool getting Eliwood and Hector again. They are my favorites. But Gale and Gunivere are cool too.

Ah Avatars. For some people all they need is to name their character "Beenis" and hit the start button. Some like to project themselves down to their exact earlobe width. I fall somewhere in the middle. Mark was and is an amazing Avatar to me because he/she was so simple. Pick your name, gender, birth month and boom: You wake up in a field and support the main character(s) on their quest all the while saying hi to any friendly (or not so friendly) faces along the way. I think the silent protagonist is the way to go in any game if the main character is supposed to be "me". "The purest fire... Flame breath." -Nergal 2003 OOPS. XD

*claps hands and rubs them together* Hooo boy, here we go. With regards to Fates narrative, do I think it could do better? Sure. It's at least better than Awakenings so that's a baby step in the right direction. The Stork has more plot relevance than the Fates kids do. I'm fine with the next generation just don't pop out of nowhere and shout surprise. Does Fire Emblem have an identity crisis... I wouldn't go that far. IS is just sticking with what works, if it isn't broken, don't fix it. I don't blame them for that either considering the fact that if you all recall pre Awakenings sales, Fire Emblem was in a bit of a free fall what with Shadow Dragon selling poorly and New Mystery being Japan exclusive outside of emulating it. Awakening was to be the last in the series. Nobody thought it would sell so well so I think that after such a commercial success after a few years of less than desirable sales, IS decided to mix it up and try something new. Fates tried to mesh together old and new and you get an ambitious game trying to make everyone happy and when it all comes right down to it, be it story or gameplay, I think we all have our likes and dislikes about it but it's still, at its core, an enjoyable experience no matter how you slice it. My opinion on "Waifu Emblem". I don't mind it. I'm all for personal opinions but once you start stating your fan fic as fact, you bet your Faceless behind I'm gonna proc Curse Reflection. Gender locking classes and weapons was ok but now I don't really see the need to anymore what with hardware limitations being far better than they once were. Just don't alienate people by giving one gender a really cool class and the other marriage as a literal class. C'mon devs.

Censorship is always something I've had a problem with. Not just in games but in music, tv, etc. (this is gonna be a bit long winded and off topic but bare with me lol) ((or not that's fine too)) In America back in the 20th century, Television, Music and Video Games were a type of art form, a way of expression and story telling. Whereas now in the 21st century for some reason people and parents want to shield children from the "harsh" realities called life and personal experiences, heck even cultural differences. One set of examples I think sums this up perfectly is censorship in Pokemon. There was an episode in the first season that got banned because Jessie and James had guns and were threatening people with them I even think they shot at them a few times but my point is why is that so "bad" when every other episode they have some kind of giant robot, gadget or trap that try and kill Ash and the gang and kidnap Pikachu? That and blatant unlogical censorship like calling a rice ball a doughnut or changing a rice ball to a sandwich. That and the twisted logic that nakedness>violence. I have no problem with either one and I don't want anyone telling me I do otherwise. I know some of you will disagree with me and that's ok after all we are all human and we have our own opinions I just hate it when someone claims that theirs is the "right" one. Nooooow back on topic.... where were we... Oh yes FE: If/Fates censorship/localization changes. I'm pretty much almost certain that NOA and NOE will tweak some of the support conversations and Camilla's intro CGI to be "less graphic". Skinship could go either way I think.

Random theory, probably dead wrong but I think that's actually Kamui. He does seem to have some anger/transformed and loses his sense of self issues.

Honestly? It just doesn't sound deep enough to me. Not enough emphasis for his dubbed voiceover. Just my humble opinion.

For me, the English voice acting is both hit and miss. Kamui, Sakura, Garon, and Elise sound WAY off to me but everyone else sounds decent enough.

Oh FF7 is actually getting a legitimate remake? Wow I really thought I'd never see the day honestly what with all the re releases and spin offs. I will say I can't wait to see everyone's updated Limit Breakers, the cutscenes, all the monsters and possible extra content. FF7 isn't my favorite Final Fantasy but it's the first one I beat so... yeah. Here everyone's all hyped for the game (as they should) and I'm just like: "Where's my FF5/9 remake?".

I will use them like Phantoms. :) Meat Shield, Wall, Distraction, whatever for one turn. ;P
