Yeah, Brigid and Jamka need to go down. They can only kill one enemy a turn, maybe another if they get attacked at one range. Aideen needs to go up though. She gets access to the Warp staff, which is a major help in chapters 2, 3, and 4. She doesn't need to go too high, just above the likes of Noish.

Nah, Levin!Arthur helps in many spots where Sety hasn't even been recruited yet. Like facing Blume, for one thing. Plus, Arthur has more mobility on promotion, so ranked I would say Arthur's a bit better.

I think he's referring to the order, it's a little messed up on there. I managed to alter Fee, Lakche, Patty, Celice, Altenna, and Lana's holy blood, I don't see why it shouldn't work.
