Oh I was going to expand on the story of one of the chapters of FE8 from a different perspective, not sure if that would be ok. Sorry for being unclear.

I position my units up north in a way that the valkyrie's attack options are limited, but it'll definitely go for Raven. Meanwhile the two most tanky RES units tackle all the mages down south. This image sums up half the chapter (the 4 same units up north risking heavy damage) Rath risks the damage, and I believe the valkyrie misses. Success Oh boy Die! 100 PERCENT ACCURACY ARE YOU KIDDING ME Foolish Valkyries -- your status staves have no effect on me! Canas turns a 2HKO to a OHKO :) More slaughter I start to bring the two halves of my army together Lucius is silenced, but I use a little bit of staff combos to return the army to top condition More fighting forces another turn of healing Not quite far enough The hammer and the anvil kinda close in on my army. This ought to be fun. Mounts vs Mounts I realize I left Hector and a few others down south, and use Merlinus as bait to let them escape. :< Who needs strategy when you have Canas and Dart? (nothing interesting happens here, just a few kills so I skip a bit) Fiora! Do a barrel roll! But seriously, that's some impressive aerial maneuvers. After Rath died, I changed my strategy down south and moved Merlinus up sooner and just left the ax users at the bottom to clean up the wyverns. Question: Would a written submission based off events that happened in a Fire Emblem game count as original, or would it only be considered original if you wrote something using the world and not (in game) canon events?
