Yeah its recommended that you promote your units early, if you wait until lvl 20 then you are going to get less stats bonuses (and in most of the cases won't be able to get bonuses at all)

Well one obvious thing is that you get skills by using weapons and those skills are locked to the weapon (if you use the lightning sword you get a skill called thunderclap but that skill is locked to the lightning sword and cannot be used by other weapons) Some classes can promote 2 times (Mercenary>Myrmidon>Dreadfighter, etc) and some only can promote once (though it was implied that there is going to be DLC classes).

Is this the new "That's mean Celica" ?.

1.- Class growth rates don't affect your units growths. 3.- If i heard correctly the lords can't reclass but anyone else can.

If i remember the only units that can "reclass" are the mercenaries (and that is if only they leave the dread fighter promotion to villager in echoes).

Is this super robot wars? Im glad that the supports are GBA styled i missed them (except when they took 80 turns to build up)
