Seth and Titania aren't growth units, they actually have bases that aren't laughable.

I'm sure that's exactly what it is.

For an infantry unit Nephenee is pretty good. She uses a good weapon type, packs a good skill that will go great with Vantage, and has a good stat spread, though she comes underleveled and will want some BEXP and a forge to get going. Problem is she comes during a period where quite a few units want those resources and have a better claim to it than she does. She's not a great supporter and her only reasonable partner is Calill. She perfectly useable if you put the effort into her but at the end of the day she's just a country girl in game where knights rule the day. +1 since she's still my favorite character so 6/10

Tormod is obviously better stat-wise but has less than half her Part 1 availability and the DB is less desperate for firepower once he shows up. And she does more for the DB than Soren or Bastian do for their teams, I'm sure.

He's Gatrie with slightly more speed but no early-game utility. Not really a good tradeoff. 2/10
