I was in love ever since. Was it your first FE game? Fire Emblem: Awakening Have you played FE9 before? No, but I plan to. On which hardest difficulty have you completed the game yet? Normal How many times have you finished it? 3 times. I have all the levels of the endgame saved so I can replay them whenever I want. What is your preferred difficulty? Normal Who's your favorite unit characterwise? Tough. I love Micaiah and her development, but I also love Skrimir and Ike. Who's your favorite unit gameplaywise? Micaiah, Lehran, Ike, Skrimir, Boyd, Volke... I don't have a single one. Anything that hits unreasonably hard is my favorite. Which is your favorite party (till part 3)? Dawn Brigade. Which part is your favorite in the game? Endgame. It's beyond fun. Which three aspects (gameplay / storywise) do you like the most about this game? Story: Loved it's depth & drama. Gameplay: Love how it stuck to traditional FE elements while adding new concepts. Art: Kita Senri is a god. Which three aspects do you dislike the most? Blood Pact: That was cheap writing. Music: Awesome most of the time, but the one's that are bad are really bad. Support: Or rather, the lack thereof. Do you usually play with FE9 transfer boosts? Nope, as I don't have FE9. Have you unlocked all characters yet? Yep! Have you unlocked all cutscenes yet? Yep! I also unlocked the special endgame song. Have you unlocked all special (boss) conversations yet? Yep! Have you ever used each possible unit in this game seriously? No, but I did once bring all the Dagger units to the endgame. Who's your favorite boss / antagonist characterwise? Sephiran. A dynamic, fleshed out, and realistic character. Best villain in FE so far. What's your favorite chapter? Endgame 5 What's your favorite map theme? Eternal Bond What's your favorite battle theme? Origin's End (Sephiran's Theme) Are there any mechanics or story related things you would like to see back in future FE games? Third Tier Promotions, Scroll based Skill System, Occult Skills, and Class passive abilities. What's your opinion of biorhythm? I liked it. It added another dynamic layer to combat. What's your opinion of the support system? It's ok. I like the AOE spurs. Who died the most in all your playthroughs? Zihark. Do you reset if someone dies? Depends on the unit. Who do you usually bring to the tower? Edward, Leonardo, Gatrie, Boyd, Volke, Skrimir are the staples. Would you like to see that anyone else aside of Ike can set the final blow to Ashera? Micaiah and Lehran should be able to finish off Ashera. Outside of those two, I have no complaints. What's your opinion of unlocking stuff only in the second playthrough? I dislike it. Are there any story related unanswered questions for you? No. All questions were answered, even if some were answered poorly. Even though I already have an amazing Hector, I'm still picking Ike. I like him too much. I'm still gonna roll for Lucina though.

I could very well see that happening. If I had to the units in the banner, from what I've seen; Lyn > Ike > Lucina > Roy

Perhaps I'm being a bit greedy. I have enough of a problem with Reinhardt and Horse Emblem. I was just surprised at how niche Ike's abilities were. I'm excited to see Ike's full skill set and stats. Hell maybe he even gets distant counter natively.

Urvan still sounds a little underwhelming. I think Glaceon made a good point mention how Horse Emblem will just run Xander to beat Ike. Being a Green really undermines a lot of Ike's Defensive potential. If Ike is gonna shine, it's probably gonna be with his stats.

How did we find out that Beorc's Blessing only negates buffs to fliers and Cavalry? If that's all it does, it's pretty underwhelming, especially when compared to the other units in this banner.

How do Urvan and Beorc's Blessing work? Can someone specify where we got the correct translation of Beorc's Blessing? I love Ike, but damn his skill descriptions are confusing as hell. He can be anywhere from Meta-game Defining to Bargain Brand Hector depending on what his skills mean.

While researching what to reclass MU to, I noticed that Vanguard's stat caps are near identical to that of the Great Knights. It go me thinking, which class is better? Stat wise, the Vanguard has +1 Str and +3 Lck, while the Great Knight has +5 Def and +1 Res. Other than stat differences, Great Knight can wield Lances and has +1 Movement, but the Vanguard can get a A rank in Swords and does not suffer from the class weaknesses that the Great Knight does. So which class is superior?
